Visited this establishment twice and it was decent both time I don’t mind slow service as long as the service good and my food u can’t split the bill which I’m always kool with waitresses are nice and the food good it tasted a lil different from the first time so u not it definitely be different cooks only thing I really don’t like is that the complementary bread kinda hard

The food was delicious and the service was great. Hassan (our waiter) provided great service. There was an issue with our tab that was cleared up quickly. The entertainment was everything (The Family Reunion Band).

This is my second time visiting this establishment and I'm giving 3 stars (I almost have 2 stars) because1. they refuse to split checks. It's a headache especially with a group of 20 people. They already add gratuity for 2 or more people... which is pretty much every table so why not split the checks?This is real inconvenient especially in 2022 since most people don't walk around with cash.2. And speaking of credit/ debit cards they won't let you use credit card unless spending $20 or more. The first time I went we sat at the bar and a guy wanted a beer and walked out cuz he wasn't going to drink $20 worth of beers.Businesses need to be more accommodating to give patrons a good experience.3. My drink was horrible. It was so strong that I literally had to add a half a glass of water to it. That was the first time I went. I can't remember the drink but the bartender, who appeared to be a substance abuser or maybe in recovery, was really trying hard and she was super friendly but that drink was NOT it.I'm giving 3 stars because even with all of that it's a nice, clean, spot to grab a bite in the south suburbs, the food is excellent and the live band on Friday nights is always entertaining... at least they were on the 2 Friday's that I visited.

Coming in there were only four other people in the restaurant but the hostess told us to wait. The five of us stood there literally holding my 87 year old father up. My brother asked for a table that was close to the door and she was kind of rude. I grabbed a chair from the bar so my Dad wouldn't have to continue to stand. The food was pricey the server was pleasant and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meals however for the kind of money we spent I expect to be greeted happily, even if we didn't spend a lot we should be greeted kindly. I don't think I'd return because I really didn't feel welcome.

Service was horrible and slow.. band was the bomb and atmosphere decent.. but the food took so long one of the guests had to leave, the owners said the money for dinners would come out of waitress check, that's bogus it was not her fault, owners were rude and abrasive.. don't even speak English.. go figure !!we argued for a hour but they insisted on blaming her !! I smelled discrimination!!!

Went to outriggers and the food was amazing. The server was great. We were seated right away. The food was fresh and hot. I will definitely be back again.

Truly enjoyed this restaurant! Although service wasn't necessarily the fastest, it was certainly busy and the server was several tables, of which ours and another were fairly large (10+ guests). The food was delicious... enjoyed the crab cakes and the Cajun Seafood Alfredo. The band was just getting set up as we were checking out, but I imagine they were great just based on the warmup session.

The manager on duty that night had his team on point and where they slacked he picked up, it was a nice ending for my 40th Birthday the food was tasty and the drinks was nice.

On March 9th, we celebrated my mother’s birthday at this establishment. Our server was amazing ? Cracking jokes, joining in on our fun and delivering our food with warmth and compassion. He took our drink orders but we never got them. Him and the DISRESPECTFUL Bar Maid were having problems which effected us. Because she wouldn’t take his drink orders, I personally had to go the Bar and order our drinks. Every time the server tried to give her our drink order she refused to make the drinks because of something they were going through personally. How unprofessional is that. And to make matters worse, as we were leaving, she (the Bar Maid) stated that we didn’t pay for our drinks and she called us RATCHETED. Every single woman who attended my mothers celebration was well over 40 and we all make comparable salaries. We paid what was on our ticket which was close to $500.00. She stated we didn’t pay for the drinks she was making. I asked her why didn’t she include them on our bill or give us a separate tab. She stated it wasn’t her responsibility, it was the servers. She’s absolutely correct but if you’re not talking to him then how do you expect to get paid. She shouted, cursed, yelled and acted a complete and whole fool in front of everyone at the restaurant. We offered to pay what we owed but because of her behavior, the manager told us don’t worry about it and begged for us to return. Unless she’s fired, I will never return even though the fried lobster is amazing. I’ll watch a YouTube tutorial to teach me how to cook it myself.

Food was pretty decent..... my steak was a little fatty but overall meal was pretty good. My service however was seriously lacking I don't know why or if it's normal but they had a big party like 11 people and it had them deeming pretty nervous my daughter asked for a refill of her water everyone else's cups were refilled and her glass was taking away she had to ask for it again!!! And then my husband had dropped the pen and although I believe it was innocent but she went between his legs to get it a little awkward for him and I but I laughed after!!

Terrible service!!! Good tasting food but entirely overpriced... wound up paying more than twice the market value price for Alaskan King Crab and was even charged for more than was ordered and served. They claimed to be short staffed but overall the wait staff and bar service were rude and spent more time on their phones and entertaining themselves.
