Sweets taste very good and delicious, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices
Great experience trying new things. The young lady behind the counter was so delightful and sweet we went back the following day! We walked in and she remembered us and had us try some of the samples she had on the counter. This younger lady just gained herself two lifelong customers!
Try this Selma sweets on 103rd and Harlem. Their desserts are so good. If you are looking for uniqueness and less sweet desserts, come and visit this place.
Great kanafa and baklava cheap prices and alot better then zem zem sweets
Amazing sweets, nice customer service
I visit this place every once in a while the last time I came was over seven months ago. Their desserts are great, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude can be disappointing.
Today When I walked in and started asking about the differences between the options, one of the employees gave me a nasty look and said, “You always come here and ask the same questions. You ask too much. I remember you well you came seven months ago and asked the exact same things. I have a very strong memory.”
If her memory is that strong, maybe she should use it for something more useful than making unnecessary comments. Am I, as a customer, expected to remember every single item they offer? And if there are new options, should I just order without asking? This kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I have every right to ask questions before deciding what to buy.
In the end, I lost interest in ordering anything more, so I just got a piece of kunafa and left. I hope the owner takes notice because their food is great, but this kind of service definitely makes me not want to come back if I have to deal with her again.
The best 👌 👍 😍 🥰 ☺️ 💖
