Usually pretty good. Today I can tell that the guy with the long dreads was one who messed up my order. He wrapped all the food sloppily and was missing items from my order and also didn’t even wrap some items. Handed me the food unprofessionally as well. He needs to be fired. Everyone else was professional and kind.

Our first time at this location. We ordered 6 food items, 1 drink and 2 sauces. We they informed us that our order was ready. I found that it was missing a specialty drink that they make in back. When I went to our table, we also discovered that our cinnamon twists and 2 sauces were missing, so we needed to go back up to the counter. The food was good but can't anyone correctly do their job? Just double check the order before giving it to the customer?

Literally have been waiting 25 minutes for my order of 9 tacos. Nobody else in the parking lot or drive-thru. Absolutely unacceptable service.
I’m not too sure if they still smoke weed on break in the back, but it’s seeming like they still are while working. They have messed my order up the past few times I’ve been there. I’ve been missing items. My tacos been messed up. Now the soft shells are hard as a rock. I mean pretty simple easy things to do yet they can’t

OMG they are SO SLOW!!!!!! I order the same thing whenever I come here, a loaded beef nacho and a chicken enchilada burrito to go....2 items and the average wait time is 12 minutes.....today it was over 15 minutes and there were only 4 other customers in the store and only a couple cars in the drive thru, ridiculous!
