Ordered McDonald's last night 1/21/2024 and will never go to this place again. Got sick from eating there. Doctor said food poisoning. My big Mac was thrown together with all the fixings off to the side. My fries and burger was cold.Very little restaurants in Pana, please do better. Especially since your prices went up, poor quality.

Received our drive up order incorrectly. Didn't realize till we were home already. Drove back and went inside and was treated rude by the large loud lady upfront. She was condescending and acted like she knew what we were missing, but she was wrong. She would only give us what she thought we ordered, not the actual order. Completely insane.

Had grandkids with us, they love McDonalds! The fries were hot and salty and burger was good as well. Dont you just love their carbonated drinks! Bonus was a friendly crew and clean restaurant.

Went through drive through in Pana Il other night and the order board went down. When we tried to explain the board was not working and that we did not know what numbers for the meals, did we get an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience and we are working on it", no, we got a tone and attitude of " there is nothing I can do about it", really?

I ordered a large fry they gave it to me half full and fries were soggy and cold my burger was a double bacon quarter pounder everything was sloppy on it and falling off before I even got a bite and the two milkshakes that I ordered didn't even taste like chocolate milkshake at all tasted like vanilla
Depending on who you have working at the McDonald's it's like pretty much any other McDonald's most of the time they get the orders right but every so often you get some kid in there that messes the order up otherwise normal McDonald's

I was there the afternoon of 9/28/23 and I ordered a 6 piece chicken mcnugget Mighty Kids Meal with a bottle of water to drink and they charged me $9.03!!! They charged me for a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal and then for 2 extra chicken nuggets. The manager said that's how they charge it. I've never been to any other McDonald's that charges that way, since they started selling Mighty Kids Meals. I was too tired and stressed to argue, I won't be back. Also, the food was cold!
