Brown and wilted lettuce,the salad bar was disgusting, and service very poor. Watched the owner take bad lettuce that was in salad bar and put it on top of fresh lettuce and then mixed it in. Won't be going back.

Imagine my disgust when I found the end of Pepsi dispenser cover in the bottom of my drink. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, we were told “well it’s cleaned every night.” Really? It didn’t make me feel any better being I had almost finished my drink before I found it. So we asked for some type of compensation. We were give 10% off the price of my sandwich - which amounted to $1.00 off. So I then went to the front to speak with the manager. It had truly ruined my meal. I inquired how would you feel after finding that in your drink? No response - I know accidents happen, but seriously they took an $1 off and an attitude of they could basically careless …. We will not be returning! See pictures

Brought my family of six here tonight. Ordered drinks and Large pizza and large bread sticks. Drinks were served right away. Pizza and bread sticks over an hour and twenty minutes. Literally watch 3 tables that came in after us, get served and eat their food, and pay. We are just now getting our food. They were not busy. Unacceptable to say the least. No apologies, except from the waitress.
We went tonight with my family. We go there alot. I love their food. We take our 3 biracial grandkids with us. They wasn't busy. Several tables came, sat got food and left and we was still waiting on our food. The waitress was wonderful. She kept checking with kitchen for our food. We came from Taylorville to eat in Pana just for the food. We was charged more than what we should of been. The manager never once apologized. They charged us for food we didn't even get but we paid and left.

Food was very good. Came out hot and was delicious! Be warned that the smalls are very small. I recommend doing the pasta special where you can get a salad too if you plan on getting a small pasta.
