I ordered a sandwich with extra mayo and vinegar and oil. drove to town. got it. got home to eat. NO MAYO OR OIL OR VINEGAR. bring it BACK to town just for them to take it and throw it away. mind you i’m 37 weeks pregnant and did not wanna come back to town. just annoying it got thrown away right infront of me. a waste of food after I just drove to town twice for this sandwich. very annoyed.
So impressed with the freshness of the food and the cleanliness of this Subway!!! Soft bread and fresh veggies make such a difference!! (Southern Illinois Subways, take note!!)The staff was also very professional and friendly.Great experience!

Service was great despite being understaffed for dinner rush. Only 2 employees??Whoever owns this subway is exploiting their workforce and shoring the customers on service so they can increase their personal profits, and it's unethical. They should probably stop.
