So I went into the Paris McDonald’s on May 13, 2025 to quench my craving for a vanilla ice cream cone. In full disclosure, I haven’t bought a McDonald’s ice cream cone in several years. The size of the $2.16 vanilla cone was absolutely and incredibly disappointing. I worked for over 20 years in food service as a general manager and district manager so I understand food cost, portion control, etc. I also learned a long time ago that if I get poor service at a restaurant, I don’t return. I’m sure the staff of the Paris McDonald’s will be happy to know that I will not be darkening their doorstep again.

Very friendly staff, very clean, busy and they keep the line moving and the food was spot on.
Its really good they will let you get lunch if it's only 15mins or less
Vegetarian options: There is salad but if you don't want that order a normal cheese burger and take off the patty
Parking: There are 10 spots or more they have wheelchair accessibility
Kid-friendliness: Some interviews in the lobby I only saw one
Wheelchair accessibility: There are spaces for wheelchair and handicap

August 11pm I go to the drive thru and they cant serve french fries , some excuse didnt understand, second i order mc chickens and they serve me the nastiest oldest pieces of garbage patties that was probably sitting all day that I wouldnt even feed to my DOGS! these people are lazy dont know NOTHING about fresh food and they should be all reported to the health department because from what I seen they will get people sick serving disgusting old dry up patty that is beyond food recognition ! disgrace to this people tonight, I should have driven my car back and make them eat that garbage they gave me ! not worth my time is more important

We just went through and they gave us cold food, no sauce for our chicken nuggets (we asked for it 2 times) unsweetened tea when we asked for sweet. They wouldn’t let us upgrade our drinks to large when we have before. Truly a terrible experience. i would give 0 stars.
