Called in an order at 6pm they said it would take 1 hour ok sure at 8pm the food was finally delivered. I called the store to find out why it was taking so long the person on the phone informed me he was taking three orders by the time the food arrived it was all but cold. So done with Monica’s pizza
Very disappointed, with the product AND customer service. Pizza has no flavor, tastes like the cardboard it sits on, and the person on the phone and the person I picked up from could not grasp the concept of customer service. Paris your store has tanked! I get from arcola quite a bit, maybe you could learn a thing or 2 from them!
