Snack wrap is back ! And worse than ever! Done wasting money at McDonald’s. Dont go very often but when I do it keeps getting worse and worse. Snack wraps used to be awesome now they have gone down hill just like every other chain. Suck it McDonald’s! $10 for two cold snack wraps ? You guys owe me some money!

Tried to get lunch the other day. Ordered thru the app and was supposed to pick up at counter. Store was closed. Called the next day to ask about a refund and the employee screamed at me and refused to do anything to help. Shitty customer service.

I went there and the food is O.K. and but the service is not that good because that when I ordered one of their specials after I upgraded my drink that they put my drink by a wet towel were they wipe things up with and they got to learn about food sanitation and you don't do that and when a customer is paying out of their own money because they are paying for it. Then I wanted one dipping sauce and they were going to charge me a quarter for it and I think that is B.S. and because that is greed and come on and because they never did that before and that's a good way to loose customers and by trying to charge them for a dipping sauce.

My order kept being turned away from a worker named Ruth. I ordered from doordash and my driver kept being turned away so i did uber eats and she kept turning my drivers away away. Instead of calling me to inform of this she did not even attempt to call the customer service for either app. Was giving me attitude saying it was only one order but i ordered from 2 different apps. Awful service.
