More than a few times I’ve gotten the wrong item in my order or forget at the window from this location. Even after checking before pulling off they wrap the wrong sandwiches and label them wrong.

Be Aware of the food at this place. But with this one & North Chicago, I'm not sure which property owner/manager is worse. How about I get a $5 for 5 but a Jr bacon cheeseburger & end with a bite taken out of my burger. My meat that is. Isn't that disgusting?

This location lost my mobile order, and wouldn't fulfill my order even though I showed them the invoice on my phone. I went there twice, after arguing with them, I had to settle for the drinks, but lost my free10pc nuggets reward.
I will file a complaint with corporate.

They always forget sauces & napkins. This is the 4th time in a row from this restaurant. So annoying.

This Wendy's has the longest wait time. After waiting ten mins for my food, I then discovered that my cobb salad had rotten egg's in it! Don't waste your time or money with them.

Worst Wendy’s ever! The night employees have the worst attitude! Especially the older lady and she supposed to be the manager smh you guys have to retrain the employees bc it’s ridiculous! Can’t even ask for ketchup without her getting made, big as order I got and she handed me 2 ketchup packets like wth seriously
