I'm from the area, so I've been going to this Wendy's my whole life, and have a feel of the foods overall quality. Anyways, to get to the point, after undergoing recent renovations both externally and internally, the restaurant has been given a fresh new modern look to match all other restaurants in the area. I went inside to order my food in order to see the new environment, and all looked clean and tidy. It took a few minutes for the employee to take the order because they tend to prioritize the drive-through, which happened to be packed. Everything was in order with my food (a bacon double stack biggie bag and a baconator with ghost pepper ranch). I sat down to eat at a table and it was clean, with an employee walking around cleaning surrounding tables.

I usually get a salad and from the two times I have I ask for no cheese still go t cheese and the chicken was hella
Ordered a queso burger combo no ice with an additional side of queso fries and a cup of water. Was not given one the fries or my water. When I told them they messed up my order the manager on duty Juanita told me "no, I made it myself, It is correct. I showed her the drink that has ice in it along with the receipt that read no ice since I had no way to prove I did not receive my fries or drink. She insisted she made my order correct and refused to correct it. When I told her I would not leave until I got the food I ordered she called the police on me. She is not fit for customer service with that attitude.
