I love this black owned business (family owned). Great atmosphere. Owner and employees are very friendly and personable. Teas and energy drinks are fantastic.Love, love, love the cardio drumming classes!!

I tried this place the other day, and it was delicious! I got the oatmeal cookie smoothie, which was so good! The staff member helping me was very friendly, too. The location was hard for me to find at first, but once I found it, I was so happy!

I saw this black owned business first on Facebook then one of my friends said she tried it and was very happy with the protein shake and it tasted delicious. I went the other day and two young men told me what to try. It was strawberry cheese cake. Looked delicious and it was delicious. Please give them a try. I will be back.
