Great customer service! I ordered a cupcake cake for my daughters tenth birthday party. The cake was not only beautiful it tasted wonderful. The icing and decorations were quite tasty and didn’t overtake the light fluffy delicious cupcakes! They even went the extra mile to add a few chocolate cupcakes!!

I found this sweet family-owned/operated spot in a search for waffles/breakfasty things - i was just petsitting nearby visiting from chicago and wanted to explore - Serenity - the owner was super kind and those waffles were exactly what i was craving! I just wish i could've come back to try more menu items - definitely will if the wind ever blows me back into Park Forest!

I had their Loaded Panini with turkey, spinach, and no cheese. It was really good! Because they make it fresh it took 15 - 20 minutes to prepare but it was worth the wait. I’m definitely coming again and highly recommend checking this place out.

The food is made to order and very fresh. I got the loaded Turkey panini which was delicious and good quality. The chocolate chip cookie was just okay. There was a longer wait, about 30 minutes, so they gave me a free (and refreshing) lemonade. I would definitely recommend

Finally found another place in the south suburbs with a vast assortment of plant-based/vegan options, including desserts and delicious fruit! Stopped here today after a friend suggested it, and I'm sooooo glad I did. First off, the customer service was on point from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the young lady at the front. And the owner, Serenity, was very engaging and chatted with me for a bit. Both ladies were very sweet and patient as I struggled to decide on what I wanted for lunch, thanks ladies! Serenity's Place is so quaint and very clean. And the food (vegan options) and drinks are yummy! I look forward to dining in the next time I visit. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Ms Serenity offered outstanding accommodation for my Dad's Birthday, so he would not have to spend it in the Nursing Home. It was our first time there and the food was delicious and the service impeccable. She even prepared a special cupcake for my Dad w/candle. Will definitely return again for seconds.

I placed an order on 11/23/21 for a delivery Sunday 12/05 at 12pm she told me I would have it between 11:30-12:00pm. She sent an revised invoice on 12/03, I paid the invoice on 12/03 same Day. Do you know We never received our food? No one called or anything. So I get an email Monday about 11:30am saying my refund will happen within 2 weeks. No ma'am we called our bank and disputed the charge. She's trifling. This was unprofessionalism at its best. Lastly she only offered an explanation after I told her she was being unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

My best friend and I were walking back home and we stopped in and place an order. Large chicken and rice soup is perfect after a 4K walk. All I can say this is delicious and healthy.
