If I could give ZERO stars for everything I would. They don’t follow directions & they only honor coupons when it’s convenient for them, and if they feel like you’re getting too good of a discount they won’t honor it either! They will argue you down over your food and tell you how you’re getting free stuff like it justifies how they making your sandwich! Just piles everything on top , Very Rude & Disrespectful. Needs very much more TRAINING in customer service and most importantly how to make a damn sandwich CORRECTLY.

The Arab woman that served me was not pleasant. The Tuna was very runny and not consistent. Will never go back again
The bread is old, it is very ugly, the bread is several days old, it is no longer good, they should throw away the bread that is not sold that day but they don't want to waste anything 👎

I ordered and it went thru on my bank end. They're system didn't pick it up so they said try again. When I showed the bank transaction, he told me to call my bank and report fraud because he wasn't able to serve food if it's not in his system. Really?! I walked out. Why pay 2xs for food if your "system" isn't working. FYI chase bank doesn't consider this fraud so I'm just out $16 and no food. HORRIBLE!
