The food was awesome (in the drive thru) but the doors were locked. We had hoped to eat inside at a table but ended up eating inside our car in the parking lot. We were there a little before 9pm so I don’t know when the lobby gets locked up.

We just went to hardees and got food the manager there was cooking and she wa super helpful in telling me about their new sandwich. I tried the BLT and the cherry lemonade and she made my sandwich perfect amile was her name I belive. She was not only cooking but making sure her coworkers had assistance. Thanks hardees il be back next time im in town!

Food there is excellent. There’s a kid there I believe he said his name was Houston, made me the best meal of my life. He came out to check on me and see if I needed a refill or any condiments or any other food. This kid is what customer service is all about. Many of you you younger kids should take more pride in what you do like he obviously does. Not sure who the manager was on duty that day bc he wasn’t behind the line…but either give this hard working, customer oriented employee a raise or a promotion. I’m not sure if I would of ever came back bc I’ve had bad service there a few times a year ago but this employee has restored my faith in Hardees. He’s one of the good ones! You need to recognise him for his outstanding customer service and ability to take charge when no one else would.
