I have to give this Monicals a shout out. Great service by the manager/staff workingThursday evening. Traveling on I57 and ordered carryout. Dropped my pizza on the way out the door 🤪 The box stayed closed thankfully!
The manager/staff member came outside to help and offered to making us a new pizza. Not necessary but very kind and considerate. We passed and ate our piping hot tossed pizza in 10 minutes flat...and it was delicious! Thank you Monicals and appreciation...

great service. best customer service and experience I've seen in a long time. my friend and i dine in. I ordered a mini pizza to go as well. thick crust extra cheese and sauce. it was for my childhood brother who is in hospice. they cut it in small pieces for him to hold on to it better. he asked for monicals. thank you so much for taking the time to cut out just right. he ate one piece which was amazing. thank you for your wonderful customer service. good food....
