A great experience. Our server, I believe her name was Toni, as top notch...and it didn't stop with her, all the staff were amazing. the salmon and meatloaf are top tier and the au gratin potatoes are some of the best I have ever had. The bar selection is vast for a smaller location as well. I'm glad to have found this gem of a place.

Food and service are always excellent, hands down best fine dining in Peoria. Inspired menus, extensive bar, welcoming atmosphere and dim lighting make it the perfect date night landing. Get the Brussels sprouts.

The restaurant is beautiful, I love the looks of the bar.
The wait staff was very busy which I understand but we did have a bit of a wait to get our drinks and our appetizers. I actually didn't mind because my boyfriend and I were enjoying our time.
The food was excellent!! The scallops and salmon as well as the dressing. We will definitely visit there again when we come to Peoria!!

I sent my doctors to Hearth last night for a recruitment dinner and I am so embarrassed by the way the wait staff and owner treated them! My program director was treated with rudeness and racism by the server Becky - out of everyone at the table, she was the only one that was treated this way. When brought to the attention of the owner, Hugh - he didn't care and told her she could leave since she had said her peace. $379 dinner because Becky still got her $63.00 tip since there was 6 of them. When she mentioned that to the table, she asked if they had a problem with that. If this is what Hearth has turned into, good riddance! We will not be back and I will make sure I tell all of my friends and colleagues about this experience.

Terrible, racist treatment from server (Becky) and the owner, Hugh.

My mom was singled out amongst her colleagues at dinner tonight with pointed rudeness and disdain from her server, Becky. The server continually snapped at her, huffed at her questions and, after my mom requested extra bowls, practically threw them at the table. The stark difference in how she treated my mom vs everyone else was so obvious that her colleagues were shocked throughout the night.

To make matters worse, when my mom shared her concerns with Hugh, he sneered at her and sarcastically said “okay” before gesturing at the door telling my mom to get out. Imagine!!

It’s very clear that disrespectful and discriminatory service is standard practice at Hearth. So disappointed.

Food is really really good.

I get the meatloaf and au gratins. Its one of my favorite meatloafs in town. The decor is strange, a mix between old and new. I would still say this place is a good "fine dining" for Peoria.
