First time trying this restaurant. The food was very good. Burnt ends, pulled pork, coleslaw and fries. Generous portions. You order at a counter and your meal is brought to you then you clear the table when you are done. Some items are ala carte and it can get a little cashy. In my opinion, the cost should reflect the fact that aside from bringing your food to you, you do everything else. No drink refills as everything is bottle or can. Coincidentally, I was attending an off-site Twin Commander technical summit and to my absolute delight Slow Hand Craft BBQ was providing their delicious BBQ specialties. To say I was pleasantly surprised with quality tenderness and taste of pulled pork (my preferences in BBQ) is an understatement.
