“A wonderful night. The waiter misheard my order and corrected it straight away, which I was really grateful for. But then he brought the most decadent turtle cheesecake to make it up to us, and the taste alone was so worth the wait. I really recommend the lamb, it melts in your mouth, and I think tastes the way a good steak should. I really thank the staff for showing up for us at every point, as we were positive we made a reservation for the dining room but ended up at the bar upstairs. They found a way and quickly sorted us a table when it was obvious that it was difficult to do so. It was refreshing to be treated so kindly by everyone involved. Needless to say, we'll be back.“

“Rhythm Kitchen has always been a staple in downtown Peoria for a couple of reasons…excellent food and awesome atmosphere. It’s cool that they just keep getting better and better. A group of us went there last night for dinner and it was absolutely outstanding! Service is always so friendly and you simply cannot replicate the Rhythm Kitchen vibe anywhere. The gumbo ya ya is an absolute must have, jerk chicken is crazy good and the meatloaf is classically delish. Even their grilled cheese is fantastic! And if you even think about leaving before dessert, you’re out of your mind. We were trying to be polite and share among the group, but there was a “survival of the fittest” mentality bubbling up at the table and let’s just say we were lucky to leave as friends. Few places leave you with the need to go back the very next day, but I gotta say, I need to go back…like now.“
