Wow. I have been to a number of Subways but was surprised when I came into this location. Totally different look. Lots of space and options. Really clean and lots of natural light. Service was excellent and fast. Food tasted great. I got the daily special and cost was exactly 6.99 + tax. I'll go out of my way to come here!

Ordered online than came inside to pick up my order than placed another order while I was in there. As soon as I came I wasn’t greeted just dead silence as he’s making my online order he’s just throwing stuff on the sandwiches. Than as I grab my orders and head out I tell him have a goodnight doesn’t reply…. Than I get home check my sandwich and the bread looks like a literal bread stick not a sandwich
UPDATE: there was hair in my husband’s sandwich!!!

My Sandwich was made. Then Used the same gloves to grab my cookies as the ones she used to make my sandwich. Didn't have a cookie grabber so my cookies literally smell like a turkey sandwich with toppings. the training in the facility is not up to date or not taken seriously

This is probably one of the nicest subways I've ever been in, I'm not sure what year it was built, but it looked fairly new. There was one employee working at the time that we were there and there were three people in front of us. It did kind of seem like we were there for quite a while, but like I said, there was just one worker. About five other people came in while we were waiting in line, two of them were doordashing. We were able to place our order and get out of there within about 18 minutes. The employee was very polite and helpful throughout the transaction. I would suggest if you order a footlong cookie to make sure to leave the bag flat. By the time we got out to the car, the cookie had all squished together because it was so hot. Nonetheless, we will return!

This review is based strictly on my visit yesterday, Tuesday, 12/31 @ about 2:10pm. The young lady (term used loosely) that waited on me clearly hates her job. She was rude and definitely has no care to provide good customer service. *if you hate your job, quit.

Did an online order for pick up… went to pick up order store claimed they didn’t have my order but I had a confirmation email and showed them where they took the money off my card and still didn’t give me a refund or my food! Terrible customer service! She’s mad at me like I took her money and not the other way around
