The Twelve Bar Lounge

Last weekend we came out for dinner reservations in the Bar Lounge for my wife’s birthday. We had a group of 9, and when we arrived at the time of our reservation - they told us “sit wherever you’d like” I then explained we had reservations and that it was 9 people. The server then went and quickly pushed tables together as there wasn’t a table large enough for our group. My first thought was “well what if they were busy? Would they just have given away our table?”

The server was quick with drinks and appetizers, but the second our food came out; we did not see her the remainder of dinner. Any time another employee opened their office door, we could see her sitting on her phone.

The food is mediocre at best, the chicken quesadilla was extremely salty & the chicken sandwiches were completely overcooked. Not that we could tell our waitress any of this as she had not come back to our table in over 20 minutes.

We cut the food as a loss and we waited an additional 25 minutes at this point for her to come check on us.

When you put a reservation in, it also asks if you are celebrating anything specific or if you have special instructions. I simply put “If we could surprise my wife with dessert after dinner that would be great”

The waitress had taken so long at this point to come back to our table that I was curious if they would bring it up themselves or if I needed to say anything. When the waitress came back she asked if we needed anything else which I replied no. She then brought the checks and that was the end of it.

Why ask if you are celebrating anything or specific instructions for reservations, if you aren’t even going to acknowledge anyone walking in that actually took the time to make a reservation?? Not sure if the dining room would’ve been better, but the bar experience was absolutely horrible if you are actually trying enjoy your time.

Loved the atmosphere! Our waiter Brady was awesome!! Good drink suggestions. Definitely a cool place for many occasion. Will definitely be back. gorgeous outside area that is the place to be after hours. Elevator accessible so we didn’t have to do stairs. Can’t wait to come back when the sun is down and we can truly enjoy the rooftop experience

The interior design was gorgeous! Gold accents really made the art pop. Really beautiful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. They had a wide variety of drinks at the bar and the food was amazing, they even have mocktails for the kids! Really nice place to have a good time and eat delicious food. They were very accommodating with food allergies which is so important. I was there with a large cross country group after a meet. You can imagine we were all very hungry and tired, the service was excellent, severs greeted us and were very welcoming. They were very efficient and we got food and drinks after 10 minutes. When leaving they wished us luck throughout the rest of our cross country season. Overall great vibes, everyone was friendly, food was great, atmosphere was great, definitely recommend this place!! Will be coming back!

Philly tots were delicious. Very cool place. Haven't been in the Heights for 25 +years, and it felt very nice that it's making a comeback. If I lived here again, would definitely be back. Live music was incredible and was actually better most major cities.

We were to had a 6:45 reserv. On tue..there were 7 of sand Do no live close. Daughter in law took off work early to get there on time. As we were encountered received email saying our reservation had been canceled and moved to thurs, we couldn't do. They offered a free desert,for the inconvenience. Big deal. Sure ruined my daughter in law birthday. Will never go there again n will tell everyone I know!

We always have a great experience here. We have reserved for Birthdays with friends on the couches, our Bachelorette/bachelor Duo celebration last year, mother's Day with the moms of our family and even date nights. The owner is kind, works hard with the whole team, great staff who work hard too, and our waiter was top notch and consistent. Our drinks were delicious and beautiful, food arrived quickly and was scrumptious and we will definitely continue to support local establishments just like this one! Outside and inside seating is a wonderful experience. Thanks so much for taking care of us no matter the size of the party we have, we have never been dissatisfied or disappointed.

I have to say this, Mothers Day was a hard one last year and we stuck around even though so many people were making bad comments to us about the long wait or not getting their food. We seriously enjoyed ourselves and had patience's bc truly mothers don't have it easy year round and mistakes happen. We were definitely taken care of and honestly can't wait to celebrate mother's Day again next year at Twelve Bar if we can make it happen. Delicious mimosas they gifted us, solid Brunch menu, and no matter what a kind attitude even when challenges presented themselves throughout service they were consistently genuine and honest. We were so impressed with their hospitality and graciousness. Thank you for your kindness and the generosity. We are thankful for a family run business we can support through thick and thin. Cheers y'all! We will be back!

Got the Philly tots, pulled pork nachos and spinach artichoke dip.The tots were good could use lil more cheese but I love cheese tho. The nachos were horrible idk if it was the mixture of the cheese sauce and pepper seasoning on pulled pork but my cheese tasted like gravy. Now that spinach dip....delicious ? and I love how it was served wit red & green peppers and tomatoes never ate it that way tried it and think I don't want it any other waya

Great vibe and atmosphere! Loved the live music. Good seating selection outside ranging from couches, small tables and larger tables. Just went here for drinks so I cannot speak to the food options.

I LOVE Twelve Bar!! I have hosted and been to a number of parties here (birthday, engagement, team parties).

I love happy hour. Their apps are so good! Their drinks are pricey but they are worth it for a fun date night or hanging out with your friends.

I love the roof top bar. It’s perfect for summer and cozy for cooler temps.

I thought it would be lovely to sit on the roof. Having had brunch here I was not happy with the music

I had a 40th birthday party. We had the whole room to ourselves and our guests. Food was good but the food wasn't ready when we got their even though we planned it that way. I was told their was going to be a waiter or waitress provided but we only had the bartender. Price was right. Great view. Thanks for the memories!!
