Pretty disappointing service all the way around. Pop arrived flat, so I asked for a fresh one & mentioned that the Co2 tank might need replaced. New pop arrived - again, flat. Food took 40+ minutes and it wasn't busy for a Friday at 6pm. Ordered a fillet mignon, medium well, it arrived rare. Sent it back (something I've never had to do with any steak - anywhere). About 8 minutes later my steak comes back - still pretty rare. And now I'm past the point of trying to eat it....read full review
staff has no clue what they are doing. greeter should not be greating people he has no clue what he is doing. party of 9 came in reservations week ago and was told had ro wait hour. seen 20 people or more leave due to staff issues. might as well close the doors.
Rarely get to Peoria, prbly twice a year. Tonight was one of them 12-17-23.. Got there at 7:00pm.with 5 adults and two chdren. Drove about an hour.
. Got there and the place only had maybe 20 customers eating in it. Tables everywhere, open.
The snooty waitress said "it will be 35 to 40 minute wait" once again, I looked around saw many booths, several big tables and many other places we could have set.
