What a waste. Came here with my family today after Christmas shopping and the service was beyond slow even though there was only 5 other tables occupied. Waited 20+ minutes just for our drinks and order to be taken. The food was cold in our tripple dipper appetizer and overall not an enjoyable experience. It was not busy by any means either. I love Applebee's but we will not be going back to this location.

I have been sitting here took almost an hour to get our appetizer. Server disappears dont come and update us on anything. We are just a table of 2 and headed into our second hour waiting for this food. Service is just awful

Good fries. Women's restroom stalls hard to maneuver into unless you weigh less than 100 lbs.

Slow service and my food had obviously been sitting for awhile before it was served. Tortilla strips in the soup were soggy and so was the underside if the fajita roll-up's tortilla.

Seated quickly. Restaurant was fairly quiet and clean. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Food was hot and fresh but portions seemed smaller than what I remember and my chicken and waffle fries were chared to the bottom on the skillet which gave the meal a slight burnt flavor. Girlfriend has always ordered chicken and broccoli Alfredo but our waitress says the company removed broccoli from their menus which seems a bit odd so she settled for the chicken Alfredo which was OK. The manager at this location is always very friendly and occasionally walks around checking on customers which is great. Overall our experiences here have been fairly good and we would return .

In a smaller town, not many places open late. Went there 1 hour before close, was not rushed. Enjoyed our late dinner. Was much appreciated!! Good and service were great!

Our service was near zero while employees (4of them) were sitting talking at the table next to us with a full restaurant. By the time our food got to us it was not only bland but disgustingly overcooked even after they asked how we wanted the burger cooked. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

My family has been coming for years. Everyone is always nice and friendly. I ordered a steak I asked for it medium well steak and the food took more than 35 minutes to come out, the steak was cooked well done. I told the waitress if they could make me another one and she said ok. I realized it was gonna take another 35 minutes to come out and I told her never mind because by that time I lost my appetite. After the bill came out they didn’t even discount the whole plate. I asked for the manager he came out and told me he can only discount at that price. I told him if he was not gonna discount the whole plate to just make it. He raised his voice and told me he will not remake the plate. I will never come again.

I ordered Asian Chicken Salad. It was everything it was supposed to be. It had been a year since the last time I stopped by an Applebee's. Food and service is still great.
I waited 20 minutes for my cocktail. It was dead for a Saturday night. When the waitress finally came to our table to give us or appetizers, I had to ask for our drinks and she said that somebody else was supposed to bring them out. I had to ask for new plates for our appetizers because they had old crusty food on them like they weren't washed properly. Mashed potatoes were cold so was my shrimp. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and shrimp which is usually sizzling to the table yet mine and my son's weren't. There arent many workers that have good customer service today and that is certain at the apple bees in Peru.
