3/26/25 gave them another shot, big mistake . Kids were highly disappointed, they were out of nearly every kids meal item. Wish they had told us when we walked in we would've went to Denny's. My medium rare steak was burnt on one side, and my ladies well done was undercooked, The night manager did discount the bill by a small amount. I think this was the last time we will be going to this location. They used to be great the manager must've given up. Our server did try her best with what she had to work with.
Kid-friendliness: Call ahead they may have almost nothing available on the kids meal besides broccoli.

We had an unfortunate experience with both the servers and bartenders. The service felt unprofessional and overly intrusive—our server even interrupted a private conversation at our table and became emotional, then shifted the blame onto us, which was both uncomfortable and inappropriate. Overall, the staff lacked the professionalism and courtesy one would expect in a hospitality setting. Thee only one who treated us good and like humans was Gregory.

People just don't wanna work these days apparently. I'm going to be blunt and honest the cups look like a decade of lip marks around the rims. Took 35 min for our salads then waited another 20 for the food for two people and it wasn't busy at all. The pop co2 was needing replaced my mom had to order a tea instead. Finally get our food and my moms steak was rare instead of well. The waitress was waved down didnt come waved down the manager after I finished my entrée already. The tables around em all needed refills and one lady didnt even get her drink the other needed boxes and their bill for 30 min they said... i asked for a job application they said they weren't hiring then minutes later said they are short staffed lol .. there should be a stationed bartender the fact the waitress has to make blended cocktails could be a good reason why people didn't get waited on properly. And Applebee's should def know how to make a well done steak ....

I will never come here during lunchtime again. Fast forward to Valentine’s Day my family had an amazing experience with the server Bryan. He was everything you could ask for and more. Till today the whole mood was just off. We got our plater like normal except the quesadillas had too much cheese. The wings was fried to hard. I also ordered a burger with bacon. The bacon was so hard I wasn’t even able to eat it. I took it off and my burger was a lil burnt as well. The server brought me a half full strawberry lemonade with no strawberry syrup. I was so fed up I asked another waiter for one and she put to much syrup didn’t even taste like lemonade at all. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. My boyfriend claims it’s because we came at lunch but not dinner. All ik if it’s not Bryan who will be serving me I don’t want anyone else. I almost don’t even want to return honestly.
lots of empty tables, 15 people waiting to be seated, all of us told at least 20 minute wait. This happens every time we go here. Need more, better help.

This Applebee's was very clean and nicely decorated. The food was very good. I did the 9.99 mega deal which was bacon cheese burger with fries and drink for 9.99. I am a big guy and it was plenty of food. My wife got the honey mustard grilled chicken salad. Problem was waitress did not bring dressing. When she finally came back near us I had to tell her that and she said I thought you didn't want it because of gluten issue. We never talked to her about dressing only the breadstick they serve with a gluten sensitive meal. So almost 10 minutes later she returned with honey mustard dressing. I had to flag her down twice for a drink refills. restaurant and food great service not.

This Applebee's is old and tired. The service was pathetic. It took us 1.5 hours to eat here on a dead afternoon. I tipped the server $11.00 on a $128.00 bill, and I didn't even want to do that, but my wife, a former waitress, made me do it. The waitress circled the tip suggestion for me when she saw how much I was leaving her. The food was good when we finally got it. This place reminds me of the Peoria location before they closed it.
Update: A manager called me and listened to my wife's and my grievances. The manager made it right by understanding our complaint. She offered to comp the meal and we declined because we just wanted good service and food at a place we love with our grandchildren. The people in charge of this place are serious about having a nice family restaurant with good food and excellent service.

It was a Friday night and stopped in at Applebee's and after being sat at a Hightower for less than 3 minutes the table next to us was complaining about the poor service and slow food service time. After waiting at our high top for 10 minutes without service we walked out. Poor service, poor management.
