This was our place to go when we wanted wings. Well after last night it has changed drastically. They were somewhat busy as usual. Well from the start of after we were seated things felt different. We ordered our drinks and made our meal choices to save some time. While we waited we noticed another table saying something to the waitress. So I asked how long have you been waiting on your food. They said over a hour and other tables were getting there food before them. So I was like great let's hope our meal isn't a nightmare like yours. So the food arrived and only half our wings were there. So I said something and the waitress just laughed and said oh yea. I told her to tell the cooks to pay attention to the tickets and stop messing orders up. Well she replied we had a manager not come in so thats why they are short. Then when it come time to pay the bill we noticed we were shorted onion rings. We figured why bother and confuse them. So I asked for our bill and waited for at least 10 minutes until I went and asked for a manager. So she comes over and asks what's the problem. Well we finally got the bill and paid and while I was signing the slip. The waitress decided to tell me she was taking a large order and would have gotten to us after that. Well I don't need to know the excuses of why your level of service depends on how many people are at a table. The food was mildly warm as it was but we didn't want to cause anymore confusion. So we boxed up most of our meal and left. So since this place is declining on the quality of service and getting the items you pay for. I guess we can find another place to go to when we want chicken. Its really sad because it's close to home and we try to shop local.

Recently we have been ordering our Buffalo Wild Wings on the app/website. The past 5 times we have ordered through their website have had items either missing or incorrect on our order. It is becoming increasingly frustrating. Their team members clearly aren’t paying attention to the orders when preparing or bagging to make sure items are correct and the order is complete before it is picked up. I really hope things start to change because these constant errors are going to deter me from ordering from here in the future.

$36.79 (this does not include any deliver fees or tips) for 20 traditional wings, all flats including the $2.00 up charge up-charge and 3 small blue-cheese dipping sauce with zero napkins. The wings were TINY and had hardly any meat on them. TOTAL RIPOFF. Charging full price for that is unacceptable. 👎 $36.79 for that, really??? This place should be shut-down for ripping off hard working people who are willing to spend almost $40 for a “pile” of GOOD WINGS but instead get scraps!

Went to eat around 3pm. Not many people they at the time. We ordered 2 drinks appetizer and a plate of food we did not receive the food for an hour. It took us about 25 minutes to get our appetizers. I walked to the bathroom and I could see food in the window just dying and the servers or whoever were just talking. I asked the bartender if we could either get the food to go or possibly get taken off the bill because we have places to be as it is the Fourth of July. And she went and got my server and she proceeded to tell me that she cannot take the food off the bill. I wasn’t really mad until she explained that to me and then proceeded to roll her eyes and stomp away mind you she did not check on us. The whole time I understand servers are busy and 110% respect the hell out of them, but this was just uncalled for and I was not a happy guest at all

Made two of same orders and they didn’t make one, Instead of calling to make sure orders are accurate they just didn’t make it and wasted my time waiting for it to be made again. Then I tell them to next time just call customers to make sure orders are correct then her and two cashiers just laughed and I walked out. I can teach you how to improve management.

The food is always hot and consistent in preparation. My husband and l appreciate the temperature and selection of wine and beer, it is perfectly chilled. This BWWs is always clean and the staff attentive and friendly. When we entertain our family, they enjoy the variety of choices, especially for our vegetarians family members!

The food here has been pretty consistent and good. I recommend the boneless wings in parmesan garlic sauce! The flavored lemonades are awesome and I love the fried pickles too!
