I love the food and my son is obsessed with their cheeseburgers. It's always hot. The cons are that they are always understaffed and one day, they ran out of French fries. Other than that, Im a burger king fan.

I went through the drive through and was asked to move forward, just to wait 10 minutes and watch them serve everyone after me. I decide to go in, I just wanted a refund at this point. The cashier said I don't have a ticket for you, but here's your order. I just wanted a refund and said I'll eat somewhere else. As she walks away she mumbles go eat somewhere else then. The manager comes up. I explain my situation just for her to catch an attitude too. Then yells out something as I walk out. So unprofessional. Last time me or my family go there. You choose to eat at a specific restaurant because you crave it or just like the food and because your hungry. Mistakes happen, i get it! But as a company they have to understand how we feel as a customer to receive such awful service. They have a job because we choose to spend our hard earned money there.

This location by far has the best staff! Even against odds like delivery driver breaking key off in the door so it set the opening time back the staff still rocked out food fast and accurately.

I’ve been hearing this place is closed but have not been able to confirm this I’ve had same experience with the drive thru here when it comes to mobile ordering, they always tell you to pull ahead or park, I go to McDonalds across the street and mobile order off their app, I get it when I pull up, I’ve heard they have high turnover there, but lately I haven’t been able to order on the app for that location

Couple of days ago went through the drive through.And let me tell you about that 45 minute experience, it took me about 25 minutes to get to the speaker. There was only four cars ahead of me, including the one at the speaker. I ordered an impossible whopper, as I have health issues, then can no longer eat Beef. They told me it would be a 6 minute, wait at the speaker and I said that's fine, by the time I got to the window. 6 minutes had passed by and they parked me. I again waited about ten minutes for a worker to come out andBring me my impossible whopper, only to be sadly, disappointed that it actually was a regular whopper patty. I really hope That If I decide to go through again, this never happens to me, not the waiting part, but the paying more money for an impossible whopper only to get a regular whopper.
Vegetarian options: Be leery, they may switch an impossible whopper for an actual whopper.
I used to love bk but this one takes the cake and runs their fingers on it. Sadly I do not recommend it.

Order online today 10/31/24 go to pick up my order they accept my order inform me they dont sell the tacos, they can replace my order with french fries and onion rings, i said no just refund me the shift lead manager Linda says we cant refund your order because we accepted call corperate, so she gives me number for corperate and it dont work i call back linda tells her store manager Reagen number wont work I said well if your store manager is there she should be on the phone dealing with this put her on the phone, Reagan gets on phone and is rude as hrll and says im done with this call someone else that can help you, so they have my money and i have no food.
