always a bad experience

I got a grilled cheese I was craving one and ofc they burned it again for the 3rd time in the past two weeks, the crust around the sandwich makes my gums bleed everytime. so I did the obvious thing, I ate the middle of the sandwich so my gums weren’t in pain but to my surprise I was met with the awful taste of burnt plastic cheese….This isn’t the first time and most certainly won’t be the last time they ruin my food. I work mornings and nights and it doesn’t matter what time of day or night I go Im left with burnt food. I’ve tried to be calm and considerate because I too work in fast food, but when I don’t get my call answered even after calling multiple times it just tells me that they have very poor customer service in the fact that they don’t care at all. Don’t go here unless you want bleeding gums or soggy food and don’t get me started on them burning or half ass filling drinks.

Last 2 days I’ve gone here there’s been an issue , there isn’t always but it was enough this time I’m writing this . Last 2 days I’ve had to ask them to re toast my sweet pepper bacon sandwich because the cheese was cold and clearly not melted how it should be , yesterday the bacon was great but today …. One , the non cheese melted was a thing so obviously had them re heat but I get home to find out the there’s 2 tiny pieces of bacon and NOT the $6 sandwich I pay for because it was normal bacon and not even what I asked for , no pepper , not the sweet bacon , then to top it off I asked for canola oil bagel and these people soak it to the point there’s oil dripping out the danm bag! Absolutely ridiculous, you just put a small amount and it soaks in , I’m paying almost $20 in drinks and food and I can’t even get the food made properly

I went to grab a coffee and some breakfast around 9 the other day. Line was wrapped all the way around the building. I decided to wait. Took 30+ minutes to get to the drive thru just for the staff to tell me they weren’t taking food orders. No sign stating that anywhere. I was already late to my appointment and didn’t have time to stop somewhere else. It’s extremely frustrating waiting a half hour in line just to be told ‘Sorry, you can’t get food.’

Just recieved my door dash order.......since when is a caramel iced cappuccino green?! And when is white american cheese orange?! What a waste if 26 dollars!

Bunch of bums barely moving an inch for what they need to do. Ignore the people inside that have been standing for 20 mins. Spend more time looking at each other like idiots questioning each rather than making drinks.

This is like the 3rd time I've waited 30 min + for coffee. Whoever the staff manager is, needs to get it together. It's either under staffed or the staff isn't fully trained. Either way it's the managers responsibility. I don't care about your labor cost when you've got a line all the way to the road.
