went through the drive thru and they gave us the wrong order. went around and told them our order was wrong. they looked at us dumbfounded. they bring us our correct order (hopefully), THROW the bag through the window, tearing it in the process and spilling fries all over our car, and laugh at us. a group of unprofessional children working at a store that clearly has no management or customer service training.
