I hope I'm spelling her name right. Tamberlynn was a great help Went through drive through. Ordered my usual coffee. It was oddly cold. Went in, greeted with a smile. Brought the issue up. She Apologized for the inconvenience. Got me a fresh coffee. All while helping other staff with orders for drive through and customers at the counter. If she isn't a shift lead or manager. She should be. Handling so many tasks while busy and keeping a calm/positive attitude is rare anymore. Thank you for the great service!
