Since they switched to a third party and don’t deliver their own pizza anymore, you should plan on ordering two hours before you actually want your food because it takes FOREVER!

I usually order for delivery but recently picked up two pizzas, breadsticks, and some wings for dinner on a Wednesday night. Now would you imagine my surprise when I get a pizza that IS NOT EVEN COOKED. Luckily the wings were but I popped those in the oven too just in case. Please make sure this place COOKS YOUR FOOD.
UPDATE: 12/08/2025 we recently went back in hopes the service would be better. Limited food options around here of course and to my surprise when I ordered the pizza, THE WINGS WERE RAW. UNCOOKED CHICKEN. I learned my lesson and will not be repeating it again. This Pizza Hut is terrible.

Cole and the young woman working on 8/9/25 absolutely blew me and my party away with their incredible service. After being rained out of the splash pad birthday party unexpectedly, we took shelter at Pizza Hut, walking in with nearly 20 people. Cole jumped right in to help reorganize the seating to fit everyone and once sat immediately got drinks going. I did not get the young woman’s name but she was a power house with the serving tray.
Very grateful for how patient and understanding they were while we opened presents etc. (Three year olds are not exactly public space respectful) A really great time was had even with the rain and in no small part to the hard working people managing the floor and the window drive through 💪🏻🍕

Very good service! Got served dine in on Sunday Aug 3rd 2025 (7:30 - 8pmish) even when they had no servers a nice gentleman still served us and did great. I can't remember his name so I'm trying to detail as much as possible. It was the Pizza+Wing deal. He did awesome!!! Manager (or I assume was the manager) was also very nice. We never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut location yet.

I ordered pizza on the Pizza Hut app for a friend who is pregnant, her kids and husband. I prepaid. I received an email from Doordash who I did not order through that I had not paid and we needed to produce the cash. I called Pizza Hut and they said that my order was not paid for so I paid a second time. I got a bunch of messages from Doordash saying that they couldn't find the house even though it had the correct address and then my friend called because when they showed up and said that the pizza wasn't paid for. They eventually left it and my friend and her kids started eating dinner and then they came back and took the pizza from them in the middle of their meal. When I called Pizza Hut, the manager said it was my problem and I needed to contact Doordash because they made the pizza but Doordash wasn't delivering it. I wasn't having any of it and eventually I did get them to agree to remake and resend the order but only after arguing the point. Thanks for ruining a nice gesture for a friend and turning this day into a nightmare for me and her family.
By the way I used to order from here a lot for events at my job and I will no longer be ordering from here.

I drive a semi. I'm sitting in the truck stop parking lot. Called to place an order. They told me they could deliver to the truck stop, but not my truck. If I wanted to go into the truck stop, I'd just get Denny's.

Usually use the drive up window after I've ordered on the app. Staff is always friendly and pizza is good. During a previous visit, they goofed on our half and half pizza (doing one half choices on whole pizza) so then made another pizza with other half choices. Appreciate the honestly and quick thinking to make us happy. We didn't go inside so gave no atmosphere points. We enjoy Pizza Hut but only gave 4 stars because it is a pleasant good not a great. But that's okay
Parking: Stand-alone restaurant has plenty of pave parking.

This place has gone way downhill over the years. There are things I still like but the pizza seems to be lacking something now. It also could be cleaner. It is never clean enough which is unappetizing.
