I visited this establishment for the first time this evening, following a 9-mile hike at Starved Rock. The food and live music were excellent!
My only complaint is that I attempted to discuss potential performance opportunities for my own band, but unfortunately, the female manager rolled her eyes and never came to our table after our waitress informed her of my request. She instead chose to sit and mingle with everyone she knew. I left a promotional card in the event that other management personnel might be interested. Quite discouraging for any bands looking to play on the new stage they just posted about…
Other than that, as I stated above, the food and the live music, performed by “She’s a Maybe” was great, along with the atmosphere and good vibes!

I got turned away at another restaurant because they only take reservations on Facebook. We had a huge party 25+ people and they took us no questions asked! Now I spend every birthday there it’s literally my favorite place to eat! All the staff is fantastic which only makes the food that much better!
Vegetarian options: They do have some options but you can always substitute.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a family place kids are welcome

Cool, comfortable atmosphere indoors. Sara is our favorite employee! Always cheerful and energetic! She and another server teamed up to provide excellent service to my friend and I. Chili cheese dogs are a big dish! 😋
