When someone orders only cheese, YOU DON'T TAKE OFF THE NACHO CHEESE

I placed an online order at Taco Bell last night after work. I waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes with the line barely moving, I went inside and while I just stood there the workers were talking and goofing around. One of the workers called someone’s name to get their order, explained they were out of a certain sized tortillas and the person asked for a refund (which, why wouldn’t they..) and the worker was dumbfounded. The customer asked if that’s a problem and the worker said “I don’t know how to do that” so finally he calls to the manager (and I’m still standing here, I was at the counter first and still haven’t been talked to) the manager yells “I’m finishing an order, they can wait!!” About 20 minutes go by and she finally comes over and gives them the refund, no apologizing or anything. After giving them their money back, she looks at me, doesn’t ask “how can I help you” or anything, just waits for me to order and I said I placed an order online and she just says “okay?.. … name?” And I said my name and she goes “we don’t have these tortillas, someone’s going to get them I don’t know when they will be back” so I asked for a refund because it was already 8pm at this point and I was starving.. I hadn’t eaten since 11am. So I just wanted my money back and was willing to go somewhere else. Instead of apologizing and explaining how the app works she just said “we can’t refund you for an online order. We can cancel it and you SHOULD get your money back” should ?? Which, I don’t know how the app works, that’s on me, but you’d think she’d explain (and nicely) how it works to PAYING customers. I try to be lenient and understand people have bad days. Trust me, I work in retail and it’s the holidays seasons.. i know! But no matter how busy, and understaffed the business may be, there is no excuse to be unprofessional and rude. Especially to customers. Before I was even helped the manager and one of the associates got into a literal screaming match (with swearing and all) while the restaurant was filled with customers. I didn’t catch the name of the manager (it was 12/21 at about 8pm) (I placed the order at 7:15 mind you) but I was extremely displeased with the service and attitude that not only I received but other customers (and staff) received!!
I still haven’t been refunded btw.

Upset...after ordering a #13 name vicky about 10 min. Later they called a #13 for Vince I asked if they were sure it was not my both register an cook argued with me nope not me...ok well 15 min. Later they decided it was me so then I got a COLD #13 to say I was pissed is underrated statement this truck stop is excellent but not this taco bell

Really good food at this taco bell. And they literally had our food ready before I could fill up my drink!
3/17/25 around 2120 I have used this taco bell around 10 times. All times have been 80-90% made correctly. If I could go minus numbers for food I would! Been eating a Nachos Bel Grande for about 30 years now. NEVER had one made with such "I don't give a crap about what was ordered or how to make this correctly" EVER! I understand it was busy, but COME ON..... TAKE OUT ORDER- Nachos Bel Grande Extra Jalapenos, They don't come with jalapenos so this is an extra charge. WHAT I GOT - Three slices of Jalapenos in a small pile. To boot I got a big ole ice cream scoop of cold refried beans that my chips could barely break through so of course all the chips broke. For the first time ever I had ran out of chips halfway through the plate. Just wow.....If it doesn't get fixed I will NEVER go back to this taco bell. I will go to Ottawa where they are only mildy sub-par. Get your crap together Team Leaders! Do it close to right or start firing people. This is ridiculous! My only regret is that I didn't take pictures.

Super disgusting that workers don’t know how to quality check our food and are okay with serving mold food which by the way my 1 year old ate some. There is absolutely no way workers didn’t see all this mold on this food!!! Will not be eating here ever again.

incompetent on a good day. you’re supposed to actually fill the tacos and burritos, you know. and sauce would be nice, if any of these people could take a second to learn what that is. and not all just in one splurging corner, you utter disappointments. laughable that anyone spends money here. i'm even embarrassed i have myself. taco bell must be going broke at the looks of this skrinkflation. maybe it's for the best
In the store, Sunday, January 29, 2024 ordered a chicken burrito one person in the drive-through nobody in the store people showed up in the drive-through. They got out of their food and then somebody that showed up 15 minutes after I did get their food. I stood there for 20 minutes and did not get my burrito. I put it as a cash payment and I walked out will not be going back to the pro Taco Bell because this is not the first time I’ve had issues with them. I will be visiting the Ottawa one from now on even though I live in Lasalle.

Went here about 10:30 after I got off work. Ordered a Double beef burrito, Nacho fries and a Cinnamon twist for my mom. The only thing Edible was my mom's Twist. I'm very upset, I was wanting something hot after work and got a burrito that was super cold and nacho fries that were sitting a bit.

Their menu items are more expensive than other locations, which is weird because the town isn’t really made up of wealthy people. It’s a franchise, so Im assuming by its purely due to greed by the owner.

You never get the door dash orders right and seal the bags. It's really annoying to order 3 orders of chips and cheese and 4 other items and receive no chips.
