Frozen breads & doughs
Frozen Pizza Crust Dough
550g dough ball, ready to shape into whatever kind of crust you want: 10" deep dish, 12" pan pizza, 14" thin crust. The dough is delivered frozen. You may store it in the freezer, keep it in your fridge for up to 3 days, or thaw immediately for use. It's an easy dough to work with-- works at low temps, high temps, on a grill pan, or whatever you can come up with! You can also use it to make dinner rolls, naan, or garlic bread.
Frozen Brioche Dough
700g ball of rich, buttery brioche dough, delivered frozen. You may freeze it, keep it in your fridge for up to 3 days, or thaw immediately for use. Brioche dough makes great sandwich buns, crescent rolls, crusts for savory meat pies or pockets, dinner rolls, or whatever else you can come up with! Shape, let rise, and bake! Baking instructions not included-- figure on 350 degrees for 15 minutes as a starting point, and adjust according to the size/thickness of whatever you're making.

I’ve love to watch this bakery grow and evolve over the years. My go-to for quality and tasty gluten-free options. I buy their goods for when my business needs gf alternatives for events. Also love to eat these treats myself!

Sometimes gluten-free can mean 'a decent enough replacement for regular baked goods' but the treats at RegCakes are even better than what you'd find at a typical bakery, gluten-free or not.

We sampled a little bit of everything and I had to go back for seconds on the apple cider doughnuts. The cupcakea and pound cakes were amazing too. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed it, I went on Halloweekend and it wasn’t crowded. As someone who is gluten free, i really enjoyed the desserts, especially the funnel cake and lemon cookies! you can’t even tell they are gluten free!
