We went to Mom and Pops last week for lunch after a coworker was raving about how amazing it is as he is a frequent diner there! We had never been before and made about a 45 minute drive there just to try it out. The food was absolutely delicious and we received huge portions. We left full, with an entire box of leftovers as well.
Also, let me tell you we were treated like complete royalty! Our waitress was so kind and so patient with our kids (they spent the entire visit in the play area). 🤪 It was just such a homey feel. We will 100% be making a trip back to dine with them again. 👏🏼👏🏼

Went by here after a morning at Lincolns New Salem. Amazing! Friendly staff and customers. Super fresh and homemade (including the bread and pickles!) We got the chicken sandwich with honey and the lunch chicken plate.... Wow!! Also a nice fresh side salad. Juicy chicken and just delicious. The kids meal was perfect because it had fruit 🍓 and fries! A great happy medium. There was also a cute and clean play area for kiddos inside. Just perfect! Cookies for dessert. Delicious!
I was told to just always order the special. I am not a chicken sandwich fan but figured I would give it a try. I have never had a chicken sandwich this good. Every part was thought out from the chicken to the condiments to the bread. All very fresh and layers of flavor with nothing overpowering other tastes and textures. The potato wedges are also the best I have ever had. Not being a wedge fan I was again very surprised. If I am ever in the area again this will be where I eat.
