I stopped in for lunch and was waiting in line to place my order a gentleman come out of the restroom and step right in front of me and ordered his food like I was not even there the girl at the counter took his order and payment told him that she would bring his food out to him didn't even bother to say that this man was standing there in line waiting to order in front of you. My food was pretty good in the service was fine other than the line cutting man in front of me....
Food was fresh. Good service and fast. Only thing the floor were really slick and table was too. Otherwise over all good. I cant say i have ever had anything bad from Pinckneyville DQ.
We went here on a Saturday at lunch time and it was busy. There was one staff member working in the front and another staff member working in the back. Only 2 staff in the entire restaurant. The staff member in the front was truly fantastic. He worked the drive thru, made ice cream, and worked the front counter all by himself. It took us 37 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food (buster bar, blizzard, a small fry, and an onion ring). It was a very long wait. The...
