Wish they would quit using the grilled burger bun for the filet-o-fish. Use the soft fluffy steamed bun that is supposed to be used. The grilled bun just kills the flavor and taste of the filet-o-fish. For the price paid, would like a good sandwich.

Ordered 7 cheeseburgers and one medium fry. They had us move up and we waited ten minutes for 7 basic cheeseburgers and one order of fries. Next time we will go to Dairy Queen (right across the street) and watch people wait forever for food while we are eat.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through then another 15 minutes at the number spot to only get my order way wrong I was short food from what I paid this is the 3rd time this has happened I will not be back
Ordered twice using door dash and my order was cancelled twice with no reason why. Spent way too much and I'm not dealing with McDonald's thru door dash anymore

UNFORTUNATELY MY BUN ON MY SANDWICH WAS BURNT BLACK AND TASTED BURNT, COULD NOT EAT ANY OF IT AFTER THE FIRST BITE SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND ADDED MY NAME ON THE LIST FOR GIVING ME A FREE REPLACEMENT, THE YOUNG MAN THAT I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY VERY APOLOGETIC!
