Waited 15 minutes in the drive through then another 15 minutes at the number spot to only get my order way wrong I was short food from what I paid this is the 3rd time this has happened I will not be back

UNFORTUNATELY MY BUN ON MY SANDWICH WAS BURNT BLACK AND TASTED BURNT, COULD NOT EAT ANY OF IT AFTER THE FIRST BITE SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND ADDED MY NAME ON THE LIST FOR GIVING ME A FREE REPLACEMENT, THE YOUNG MAN THAT I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY VERY APOLOGETIC!

The app wouldn't work so we ordered thru the drive thru. We had to wait a long time to receive 2 QP's with mayo added. Our fries were burnt and the grease smell was horrible. Will not be visiting this McDonald's again.
