I've been a couple of times. The restaurant is decorated cutely, but no sound absorption as seems to be the trend nowadays. The waitress was very friendly and on top of things, but both times I've been there the good is only OK not great. I had an interview once and eggs Benedict the other time

food was off ordered eggs Benedict needed to return it eggs were hard cooked English muffins were burnt. Ordered Sweet potato French fries on another order and they were returned because they were burnt. Management needs to inspect what is leaving the kitchen we were here before food was an issue before we thought we would try again and were still disappointed.

Very disappointed with the experience during the mother's day. When we called in advance, they told us that they don't take reservations. When we walked in, we were added on the wait-list and when I received the text that the table was ready, we went in just to be told that they gave our table to some one with reservations (huh?). We ended up waiting for another 35 mins AFTER getting the text that the table is ready. Total wait around an hour.
When we got the table, it took us atleast 1.5 hrs to get the food.
I understand that it was a busy day and I expected some waiting. The restaurant should have done a better job planning for such busy days. They added additional tables outside to support the demand but clearly didn't organize well in the kitchen to manage the supply / fulfilment from those additional tables.
Also, get your story straight on reservations or not. If you are sending a text that the table is ready, make sure the table is ready and not prioritize someone else despite being on the wait-list.

It was very bad we were waiting since 10:30am for waiting list and we had our table ready but they give another group the table knowing we were waiting there first. We had to wait another 40mins more! We got seated and they took our order but they took 2 hours to give us our food when other people had came after us, their food came out first before us. Makes no sense how we were still waiting when we were ahead of them. I had to give out my plate to my mother in law because they didn’t put her order in! Very upsetting.
