Mind you this is at 3:25 PM Order - Two footlongs - #31 and Teriyaki Chicken. Requested both as toasted and 7 secs later both sandwiches are out of the Commercial Microwave with PepperJack and American cheese still not melted. The Italian herb footling is not toasted either in the 7 secs. $31.80 spent and had to ask for napkins😡😠🤔. Was handed over 4 napkins reluctantly by the sandwich ‘expert’ as the other two laughed and giggled in their ethnic language.

Horrible experience right off the bat I was told they only have Italian bread no others, then they didn’t have any pretzels even though it is advertised everywhere then to top it off I order a cold cut combo and it has no salami or ham it’s just bologna I payed for this bullshit and I’m pissed

Sandwich was fine, tried one of the rollers from here today and it literally had 3 chunk pieces of chicken the whole footlong wrap, it's basically paying 3 dollars for a piece of flatbread . Very disappointing and sad part is I spend alot of money here . Lost a customer

This Subway has some issues, especially compared to the other ones in the area. Several times I've tried to go in to grab a quick sandwich 10-15 minutes prior to close, and they're already closed and cleaning up, and thus refuse service even though they're open until 9 or 10 (depending on the day). They are also out of items often, including specials, promotions, or even some breads or cheeses. They always say that a new shipment will be in on "X" day, but they either never order it or never order enough, as all the other Subways rarely are out of items. The staff is friendly enough. I've never seen them rude or ornery, but they've never been overly friendly either. Still, they do work hard and that's a positive for the store. The food, when they do have everything, is your standard Subway food. The inside is clean enough, though often I take food to go so I can't judge that. Ultimately, it's not the worst place to go to for Subway, but be ready to be turned away if it's near closing, or be ready for them to not have items available. If you're heading north on 20, it's best to just go to the Subway at the Road Ranger up the road.
