Stop before your order and drive across the street to the competitor. After taking my first bite of a $14 sandwich a long dark hair was pulled from my mouth and sub. This immediately caused my wife to puke all over her and her sandwich. I continued to try eat and found a total of 3 additional of these long hairs in my sub. I know most people would have tossed it but I’ve eaten worse. After the second hair was found sub was dissected to find what else was i could find. Will never go to the Pingree grove truck stop location again.

I've been sitting in my car for 15 minutes behind 1 other car. Not sure why there is a drive-thru, this is not fast food. There must be only one person working because I could make 10 sandwiches faster than this is taking. Can't imagine ever having the time to come back unless I retire.

This is not the place you want to go if you are in a hurry. It doesn't matter if you order your meal ahead of time or not. Guaranteed, you'll be waiting atleast 20 min for a single sub sandwich. My coworker went there today for lunch. After he waited too long for his sandwhich, he had an unpleasant surprise of finding the bread was moldy.

Well been here for over 20 minutes very unorganized. Come on it's a sandwich place. Slowest ever seen. They are doing to many different things at once. And one more thing can't prove it but left the place get down the road a bit end up with a screw in my Harley Davidson back tire. So guess just because,will never be back and will always talk badly of your Establishment. The kid apologized for the wait but it is what it is. There is A lot of jersey mikes out there.GOOD LUCK

Store is clean and good size but the which they make is terrible, first of all did not make sandwich as per instructions and add onions after said no, as well as charge for avecado extra and did not add in sandwich. Did not add salt and paper as well as did not gave me sauce on side as asked. They took order very nice way but need to learn how to make sandwich as per instructions. I have 3 sandwich ordered, my kid did not eat and our exitement is dead of eating which. Never take any sandwich in future from here.

This place is run very well, and the manager (Kim) was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. The food is excellent and the place is very clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. I give them a AAA+ rating.
Parking: Tons of parking, even for big rigs.
Kid-friendliness: They have good stuff for kids to eat
Wheelchair accessibility: Nice wide doors and other amenities for special needs

The sandwich (The Wicked) was nasty! The bread was VERY stale. The Assistant Manager that was helping make the sandwich moved a bottle of cleaning spray while she was waiting to add the toppings. Then carried the sandwich from one side to the other dropping cheese off of the sandwich on the floor. Which she then proceeded to pick up throwaway and grab new cheese and put on the sandwich and add on the toppings all with the exact same pair of gloves. Absolutely disgusting!! I do not recommend this place at all

Second time I ordered for pickup and got a lettucewhich Cuban. It was all lettuce and barely any meat. Cuban comes with ham and pork. There was maybe two slices of ham and 1 or 2 tiny pieces of pork…where is the meat?! On top of that you have to pay $2 extra dollars for all lettuce? Even though not using bread saves them money? Makes zero sense. DO NOT order a lettucewhich from here ever! Waste of money. Also strange that the worker asked for my confirmation order number even though I said my name, what I ordered and showed her the email confirmation (on the email it states you don’t need the confirmation number to pick up?) Their fries are good but the portion is small. The turkey sandwich on regular white bread was good too.

Stood there for a good 3-5 minutes twiddling my thumbs as a very slow and sluggish young man took forever to make one sandwich, no greeting or acknowledgement at all…. Two sandwiches ordered that took 15 minutes with no drive through line or indoor line….. this place and the people that live/work here in this little town makes me question America ….. toasted means toasted , not luke-warm you idiots

First time there. Staff was friendly, place was clean. I paid extra for avocado and didn't get any, and they put on the wrong heese. Sandwich is just ok. I won't be returning. I feel I paid too much to not get what I wanted.

They have 4 children running the restaurant who would rather mess around talking / joking with eachother instead of showing any sense of urgency , everytime I come here its 15 minutes for a sandwich, always go back hoping things are different but it's always the same. Last time going
