This place is run very well, and the manager (Kim) was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. The food is excellent and the place is very clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. I give them a AAA+ rating.

Parking: Tons of parking, even for big rigs.

Kid-friendliness: They have good stuff for kids to eat

Wheelchair accessibility: Nice wide doors and other amenities for special needs

Great place, great food, great service. Toni is the GOAT.They did just change their menu for the worse, though. Raised prices and got rid of several of my favorite things so I won't be going as often.

Never had any issues ordering from here. Pickup is easy, staff are always friendly, and the food is amazing - so much so that I trek out to this location from Elgin.I think most of the review bombing comes from people who aren't satisfied with their own lives and need to find happiness in ruining what others have built up.
