Very disappointed to learn that the store was closed after going all the way through the drive-through and seeing a sign on the window yeah online it shows are open and the drive-through even asked if I was using my four digit code and they were accepting orders on the mobile app you could’ve put happy holidays we are closed so a lot of customers are not being deceived.

Two members of the crew at the drive-through window were extremely hostile while on the phone with management. She shoved the food bag in my face no communication hostile when telling me to pull up. Do not recommend this location. and the sad part is I work for Walmart management at the McDonald’s University I will be notifying my superiors higher up in corporate of how inappropriate the store has been. Unacceptable

Paid 4 dollars for just a toy. I asked for a Hello Kitty but they would not give me one.
My daughter and I ordered the two cheeseburger meal. As soon as the windows were open the inside smelled. Don't know if the grills need to be cleaned or not. Cheeseburgers tasted funny should have known better to take the food. We both goy food poisoning. I called and talked to manager but she really didn't seem that interested. I'll never go back, at least not to the one in Pittsfield

This McDonald's gave me horrible food poisoning. I highly recommend not eating at any McDonald's. They put awful cancer causing ingredients in their food. Also they would get my order wrong nearly every time I went there. I will never go to a McDonald's ever again.
