Really rude and disrespectful staff as of lately. Only honorable mentions are Chanel and Ethan. Kind and chatty. Professional. The wait times are awful, the STAFF IS EVIL. there's a good handful that I end up leaving in a worse mood and have taken to avoiding McDonald's in Pittsfield.

After 18 minutes I asked if that was my food sitting on the counter because they already cleared my order #, it was , been there 5 minutes. Then I didn't see the small fry. Probably because it was placed upside-down in the bag. The one good thing is the man that took my order was very professional. Greeting the customers and making sure they were taken care of. Whoever the manager is on duty doesn't deal well with the busy times.

Fry’s were stale and cold and the chicken nuggets tasted like they were microwaved a couple times, People were also talking in the back, They were also out of chicken wraps. I don’t recommend this place past 5:30 pm.

I left a wallet of food gift cards on the counter at this McDonalds. When I called to see if it was found the manager Cindy said yes she had it and would mail it to me. I was so happy! Thankful that Cindy was a very honest lady and mailed it to Wisconsin the next day.

I’ve been there many times, don’t know why I keep going back. Foods wrong all the time, I can order the same coffee and sometimes it has whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, sometimes it doesn’t, and depending on what I order I get extra caramel, and it almost never has extra caramel. Staff is very friendly and pleasant, but my orders are messed up a lot.
