McDonald’s Pittsfield, Il. Needs to up its game. Slow service and cold food.

The best McDonald's I've been to. Were on a long trip and decided to stop by for lunch. The staff are all extra nice diligently doing their job. The lobby was so clean and organized. One of the employees was walking around picking up and cleaning the lobby the cashier behind the counter was super polite. Great experience.

Like everyone in this town waiting for their food they say this place is the slowest McDonalds in the country. 28 minutes+ still have not gotten my food

This is a nice McDonalds. I stop here whenever I am travelling. Always better than the average Mcdonalds. They make the best breakfast burritos, at least twice the size of what is served near me. The bagels tasted like plastic. But that was a problem with all McDonalds bagels for a while. I'm guessing the newer better tasting ones just haven't made it south yet

I ordered McCrspy strips and received them burnt and when asking for bbq sauce they ignored me and let the other way. They then started to talk about me after asking for the chicken strips to be remade.

Very disappointed to learn that the store was closed after going all the way through the drive-through and seeing a sign on the window yeah online it shows are open and the drive-through even asked if I was using my four digit code and they were accepting orders on the mobile app you could’ve put happy holidays we are closed so a lot of customers are not being deceived.

Food was grease and Luke warm at 830pm on a Saturday night.

Two members of the crew at the drive-through window were extremely hostile while on the phone with management. She shoved the food bag in my face no communication hostile when telling me to pull up. Do not recommend this location. and the sad part is I work for Walmart management at the McDonald’s University I will be notifying my superiors higher up in corporate of how inappropriate the store has been. Unacceptable
