Good food but I miss the cozy feeling. It feels like a cheap taco bell after the remodel. No privacy between booths. Bright white lights that are just low enough to shine in your eyes constantly aswell as white walls. And the cheapest fixtures from home depot . I mean the arcade machine is gone! Its sad.

Food was good. Remodel looks nice. But we went to pay a $60 meal with $100, mind you the change back would be less than $40. The unprofessional of the business of this size not being able break bills is crazy! Not everyone carries all $20 or debit card. The worker made the server get change out go her own personal wallet to break the $100 for us. I do not believe that is professional. Business should be able to accept bigger bills for larger orders!

Been years since I’ve eaten at our local Pizza Hut and I was quickly reminded why! It’s simple, all areas were trash, service, food, atmosphere, prices, cleanliness! Seems like staff hated being there, it was 1 person dealing with whole floor who seemed overwhelmed. Just not a fan!

Right as we walked through the door, I'm not sure exactly what time it was but the waitress sighed when seeing us walk through the door like she didn't want to wait on or anything. Then another couple walked in between after us and so there was only two tables the whole time we were in there. The pizza wasn't completely hot when it got to us and the waitress never came to see if we wanted anything else to drink the table was sticky and everything had a not quite clean look to when it was time to pay I walked up there now mind you I didn't see the sign it was handwritten that they don't accept anything but over $20 bills. All I had was 50s and hundreds and I looked at the waitress and I was like so what are we going to do so I ended up against the counter and it was sticky, with soda marks on it. How did the waitresses said what are we going to do then cuz I'm not going to go and make change and the bill was $46.65 and the way I look at it if I got legal tender it's not my problem if they can't make change for it. What is it like $3.35 that the lady owed me and she acted like that was a big deal, and I don't know how that she had to change like all the money in your pocket I don't see how she made that much tips that day cuz she was a terrible waitress. I can remember whenever I was a child Pizza Hut was my hands down favorite place to eat not McDonald's Pizza Hut. It's sad when you said a gas station can out Pizza The Hut. Still haven’t received my free pizza from the hut hookup I bought a large pizza in the app for carry out haven’t received any coupon or call even to make it right this company doesn’t care about honoring their ads place is horrible the workers in the back aren’t presentable the person that handed me said order had hair that appeared he combed a whole bucket of lard in it no hairnet and long hair and be sure to check said pizza for his hair found that on two separate occasions tried to just let it ride but seems no one wants to make it right
Place needs to figure it out we ordered food on the app as carry out to save time passing through, the pizza wasn’t started until after we paid and when we finally received our food the wings were absolutely terrible nothing like other Pizza Hut stores we’ve visited

I waited at the front counter for nearly fifteen minutes before the employees even knew I was there. I could hear conversations and laughing coming from the back office. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
Not sure if it was an off night, but my 2 stars is being nice. They sat us got us our waters and no menus. Then came back 10min later(only 5 tables full in entire restaurant) to take our order and that was our chance to ask for a menu. 15 min goes by and waiter looked over at us several time but walked away each time when my daughter went up to the register to tell them we were ready to order. 10min go buy after placing order and he sets 1 pizza down on our table that aren't ours and walks away saying nothing. It belonged to the people next to us so we passed it over. Another 10min goes by and he drops off 2 more pizzas at our table that aren't ours either, they were for a table in the other room. We got ours a few minutes later not hot and waiter never came back to our table. As my husband went to pay up front he saw 6 employees smoking with the door open. No wonder everything was so screwed up! And the large party next to us, they lost their order after they gave them their breadsticks and waiter claimed they searched and couldn't find their ticket so they had to wait all over again with no apology. Lousy run place.
