My family of five visited Buffalo Wild Wings in North Plainfield on Sunday, December 21st, arriving around 6:00 PM. We were seated promptly in a corner booth in the upper dining room, which initially gave us a good impression.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming by to take our drink order. There were at least four different servers working in that section, and despite making eye contact with multiple servers, no one acknowledged us or stopped at our table.

I eventually went to speak with the manager, who was working in the kitchen, to let him know we had been waiting for quite some time. He said he would check to see who was assigned to our table. By that point, my kids were already hungry and frustrated, and if it took that long just to place drink orders, we couldn’t imagine how long the food would take.

We decided to leave without ordering anything. Very disappointing experience, especially for a family with kids. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

BLONDE HAIR in my food EWW

Countless times of forgotten food for pick up orders almost always the extra fry or reward item. You get cold hard fries and either the wings have no sauce or they are drowning and soggy. I won’t ask for a refund or food replacement again because it’s just not worth it. We just won’t come back again and here is a picture of the hair by the way

I got a walk in order from BWW for the first time in forever. Honestly I’m having my pregnancy cravings and I was feeling so grumpy until I got my wings…. the manger Maureen was so helpful and kind even when I was being kind of rude for no reason. I appreciate the service from her and BWW

Took my cousin and sister for dinner. We were super excited. When we walked in there was a sign that said wait to be seated. After waiting 5 minutes a girl came up to us and said you can seat yourself.

Food took 42 minutes and it was cold. Also we had to tell the server that we still didn’t get our food. We didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to be extra. Server came to our table twice the whole experience. I think it was the manager that also came to bring our food, but she didn’t say anything to us even though she knew we waited awhile.

I can’t believe I’ve officially joined the internet karens lol. We didn’t complain and still tipped the waitress just wanted to let management know about our experience.

hi i had ordered wings and me and my bf come here literally religiously and we love their wings but i dont eat bone in wings so we usually do boneless. I realize we got the wrong wings, we did not order mild wings but thats what we got. I had told the manager Tyson that it was a total mistake and right when we checked in the car i realized and asked for by chance if we could get a refund or if we could replace them. On the phone he was like No theres nothing i can do for you and was pretty rude ab it. Wrong flavor and wrong type of wing. i work in the food industry and i understand but I also understand how important it is to just be kind. He said since its an online i cant do nothing for you, we also didnt order thru a 3rd party we ordered with bdubs anyways love ur boneless wings just sad about the service or outcome

Had a really bad experience the waitress was mean and refused to give me a new drink with a clean cup because originally my cup was really dirty then when they brought out the plates and silverware they were all dirty we called over a manager and nicely expressed our complains and he gave us attitude about it overall really bad experience I am very disappointed

I went for dinner and they remade my boneless wings so I appreciate them fixing my order. Overall I'll be back to try Happy hour specials Mon-Fri 3pm-6pm

The restaurant is always a mess and even the tables that look cleanI are really not. The menu s are sticky along with everything else. The waitresses are hard to find most of the time. I have been to this location a few times and every time has been the same.

I went there late on Tuesday, July 22. I was only there to pick up a to go order. I arrived early, before the food was ready. The guy at the to go area was really friendly. We had a quick chat, then I sat down for a bit to wait. A young lady brought out my food and was also super friendly. Great service and excellent wings!
