We come often on Tuesdays. The service in the bar is excellent. The manager comes around and checks on tables and is really nice. I have zero complaints about the staff. The wings are hit or miss if they are hot or not but the excellent service keeps me coming back. Did I say the bar staff is excellent! Wrote a 3 star review a few years ago but it's much better in the last year or two. Pro Tip. Ask for fresh hot wings and it's almost always good.

Ordered the wings, burger, and fries for takeout. They gave us the other people's order and the food is cold and not good to eat - I end up trashed 90% of the wings and fries.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Plainfield has slowly snuck up as my favorite place to have a meal and a beer (or two). The food is always excellent, the beer is cold and fresh, and the service is outstanding. I try to come in at least once a week for the food and fun. Alliya, Elyce, Melany, Julie, and Cassidy make the Buffalo Wild Wings experience so enjoyable. We'll see you again next week, and the week after that.

Don’t put one server on with a terrible manager.. if you had a good manager with one server you would of been fine… but the service is terrible ... I got up myself and refilled my sons pop myself.the servers tips will suffer when they do NOT have support! The Server would have been fine if she had better support .. this isn’t the first time I think you need to rethink some people you have managing this location.

Went in was told to sit down, once sat down 5-10 minutes passed me and my partner waited as other families and others was seated we watched them get menus drinks and orders not once was we checked on and asked or even given a menu. Horrible experience left without even being spoken to until I went up and told the person up front finally.

First, our waitress was amazing. Her manager not so much. We went on a Friday,
Got a table at 5. Ordered apps, those came out fine. Ordered more drinks, those took 25 minutes. Ordered food at the same time, that took 45 minutes for 7/8 orders and 50-55 minutes for the 8th order. Minimal to apologizing. We literally watched three other tables sit down after us order food after us and get their food and finish it before ours was even brought out. Stay away from this location

My husband got real sick after eating wings from this location (Plainfield) . If you handle food WASH YOUR HANDS TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION, ONE OF THE 1ST THINGS TAUGHT WHEN WORKING WITH FOOD! And don't pass out expired food!

Put it an order of boneless wings for pickup and this is what was given. A box of soggy soup wings. It was a mixture of sauce and oil mixed around. Only thing wild about this Buffalo Wild Wings is the wild audacity

75 people in the bar area and only 2 bartenders and they came and check on our table every 10 minutes or less. Fantastic service!
