Worker was very mean was very sassy and didn’t even let us get a water cup and didn’t give us all of our food and said we didn’t use the reward app when we did

Everytime I go something is wrong .
No you for happy meal w/ no compensation....
Fries yesterday were like flash cooked. Tasted like. Dirt ..... Almost Raw like
No Adams family anything ....
Soda with no fizz...
Everytime. Something... looks like Lack of care/respect for the job ... Maybe short staffed. ? Sad
I often visit this Burger King since it’s close to my home, but honestly, my patience is running thin. The service leaves much to be desired — the staff always look like they’re in a perpetual bad mood.
The drive-thru is even worse: it’s slippery right now, and the car barely stops because no one bothered to salt the area for safety.
On top of that, the drive-thru speaker has been malfunctioning for weeks. You can’t hear anything — neither what I’m saying nor what the staff are saying back. It’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
Guys, if you don’t want to lose customers, please fix these issues. For now, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where the service is up to par. Not recommended.

Been coming to this location for a while! Arrived around 10am ordered a fries and a whopper w/cheese! The fries were old and hard and the burger was lukewarm warm! I was expecting something nice hot and fresh since it was still breakfast hours! The manger replaced the fries but wouldn’t replace the burger even though I had originally drove away and had to come back! Because the food was poor ! Prior I would have given them five stars across the board ! Not sure what happen with the service here and the food quality ! I won’t be back! I wanted a refund was refused ! Not for the consumer when the food is bad !

I had a really great experience at this Burger King. Sammy was the one who helped with my order and made the entire process and experience go very smoothly. I want to really ensure that he gets the credit for ensuring that my experience at this Burger King was very good. I encourage anyone who comes to this Burger King to order from Sammy. He’s the best!

This place is poorly managed every time I come here it's like they just arrived to thr planet I swear it's only one older woman taking orders and making the food just donher a favor and try a doffent location she is being exploited

I went in today at 10:30am and I ordered a breakfast burrito and when I was waiting for my order I saw a rat running by the kitchen it was disgusting and my food was cold and not fully cooked I also went to the bathroom and they are also disgusting they are not clean and they smell bad the manager is also so rude don’t go to this location it’s really bad!

05/08/2024. While waiting for my food to be made. I literally watched the associate open the freezer door grab a tray of tomatoes and finish preparing the food all while wearing the same set of gloves. When brought to management to have the young lady change her gloves and stop the cross contamination because I do not want her to prepare my food like that. Her response was well it’s not your food. Do you want your money back. I want her to change her gloves and to stop touching everything with the same set of gloves. Will not return to this location.
