Inaccurate orders. Kind of a dirty place compared to others but still constantly bad with other locations. A+. Thank God for taco bell. Undercooked food and slow service. Feel bad for veterans that survived in battle zones just to survive this place. ?

Nickleback looking man told me that I was old. I asked about the 2 for $20 deal... I had not been to Chilis in a while... and he informed me that the deal had not been offered since his junior year of high school and he is now a junior in college. Listen, Chad Kroeger, I want to let you know that back in my day I THRIVED off of the 2 for $20 deal. And you have no idea how great life was back in the day. Bring back the 2 for $20 because I won't be back until then. See you when you're 30 dude. ✌️

I had vowed to never go back here after my first experience but I was being lazy and didn't want to drive to the other location. Placed an pickup order to go. The food was ready when I got there. Packed up neatly. Best part, the food was really good.

Phenomenal management from Jeff. Ordered through door dash and my drink was missing. Called them to let them know door dash didn’t bring my drink and they still ate the cost of the soda, delivery, and service charges. They also sent me free food as an apology when the whole ordeal wasn’t even their fault.

Location- Plainfield.
We entered and waited a bit to be seated. No one was around and place was practically empty. We seated ourselves and waited. No one was around. Got the menus by myself. And waited until someone came to take order. We ordered chips and salsa, non alcoholic drinks, and kids pizza and salad. It took a while to get our food.
