Bad customer service. Got the Gen z stare. Cashier lady was doing nothing but chatting it up with anything that had a pulse.
Quality of the customers there were also annoying. Bunch of people crowding and chatting near the entrance door. Annoying college/high school girls talking and yelling like they're the only ones there. Everything felt so trashy.

This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle location I have ever stepped foot in. The service every time is horrible, every worker who is employed at this location has a negative attitude. I would highly recommend driving the extra 5-10 minutes to the Naperville Chipotle location. Management at the Plainfield location should be ashamed of themselves and never be allowed to work in the restaurant industry again. 1/10.

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been too, missed two of my pieces in my order. When I went to try and get my stuff back they told me they’re out of stock—after I paid. And gave my a piece of paper with corporates number. Cmon bruh

Lived in this area for 3 years now. This store used to be much nicer earlier. Over the last few months IT has turned into a dumpster fire. Employees who don’t care, embarrassingly dirty store, cold food etc. If anyone is reading this just avoid this place and go find some other place to eat.

Where do I start….. Today’s visit was a very poor experience. Ordered online and waited 20+ extra minutes while nobody was standing in line as the online orders were backed up. 1 poor employee working the line while 3 clowns floating back and forth mindlessly from kitchen to front of house. The few good employees were apologetic about being behind on orders yet others are just barely helping. Finally get the food and while it was ok, there are bites of the food that are way over salted somehow making the food very unpleasant. We also found the bathrooms dirty and the tables filthy at the 12.30-1.30 pm timeframe on a Saturday. For this being a corporate establishment, very disappointing and makes me with the was a QDOBA near us for a quick meal. This is far from a respectable meal with dirty tables and littered bathroom floors. STEP IT UP CHIPOTLE, VERY UNACCEPTABLE
By the way, this location has been slipping also from previous visit, just finally decided to throw a review up.

Visited on 8/1. This place is dirty and I wish I would’ve taken more pictures of how the service line looked. Out of containers for kids meals, no ice, no garbage cans, no water cups and no toilet paper in the bathroom. We are regulars 1-2 a week and the past 2 months we have avoided this location. It’s gone downhill.

As others have mentioned, the place is a disaster. I’m lactose-intolerant and the line was such a mess there was cheese in most ingredients, except the cheese bin, which had run out… Not to mention nearly every other ingredient was practically out. I asked for chicken, so I got the burnt end scraps that remained. Asked for pico, all they had left was the fluid at the bottom, so got that. Overall, failures from top to bottom.
Due to the cross-contamination I walked out the door and threw my bowl away.
Never been to a chipotle like this, as they are normally all in amazing shape.
