Went in for a catering order last weekend. Order took over an hour after the scheduled pick up time to get. Manager seemed overwhelmed and barely seemed to care. A lot of people in line for regular orders waited way longer than I would have for “fast food”.

The only reason I am giving a 5 star on service was due to the Door Dasher (NOT Chipotle). We had a catering order placed multiple days in advance. Washer let us know they kept saying that he was being told that they are waiting on one more thing. Showed up 30 mins late. The proteins (which makes or breaks a business) were dry and hard to eat. That included the chicken and steak. The Barbacoa was tender but was jot flavorful at all. The cold items were all correct, but some of them were short portioned.

Overall - pretty bad for $200. We do not want anything in return. We do not need a call or email back. We just want to make sure this was viewed and addressed. It seems the 3.0 on Google and 1.5 on YELP, means that no one is doing anything about people's reviews.

I sent my daughter and her friends to pick up dinner for the family. We Spent $100 on food and barely got any meat, rice or corn. At least they were generous with the sour cream. Obviously wasn't happy when they got here and that's what they served them. The burrito looked like the size of 2 cheese roll ups from taco bell. Ridiculous... haven't had this like this before, but not good... do better. Food is expensive these days so if people are spending at your establishment, then don't be cheap, its not coming out of your families refrigerator.

People here are not very friendly. I was charged $3.45 for a cup of water. I was i formed after my purchase anything larger than a child’s size is considered a soft drink. $45 for 2 bowls a water and a soft drink.

Chipotle near me ran out of rice. Drove to this one.

Bad customer service. Got the Gen z stare. Cashier lady was doing nothing but chatting it up with anything that had a pulse.

Quality of the customers there were also annoying. Bunch of people crowding and chatting near the entrance door. Annoying college/high school girls talking and yelling like they're the only ones there. Everything felt so trashy.

Good food though!

This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle location I have ever stepped foot in. The service every time is horrible, every worker who is employed at this location has a negative attitude. I would highly recommend driving the extra 5-10 minutes to the Naperville Chipotle location. Management at the Plainfield location should be ashamed of themselves and never be allowed to work in the restaurant industry again. 1/10.

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been too, missed two of my pieces in my order. When I went to try and get my stuff back they told me they’re out of stock—after I paid. And gave my a piece of paper with corporates number. Cmon bruh

The food here always hits but the service and atmosphere could be better. The workers are kinda rude and act like they don’t care about you. They also handle the food poorly. The atmosphere is dirty because. There are wrappers and food in EVERY SINGLE TABLE.

Lived in this area for 3 years now. This store used to be much nicer earlier. Over the last few months IT has turned into a dumpster fire. Employees who don’t care, embarrassingly dirty store, cold food etc. If anyone is reading this just avoid this place and go find some other place to eat.

Where do I start….. Today’s visit was a very poor experience. Ordered online and waited 20+ extra minutes while nobody was standing in line as the online orders were backed up. 1 poor employee working the line while 3 clowns floating back and forth mindlessly from kitchen to front of house. The few good employees were apologetic about being behind on orders yet others are just barely helping. Finally get the food and while it was ok, there are bites of the food that are way over salted somehow making the food very unpleasant. We also found the bathrooms dirty and the tables filthy at the 12.30-1.30 pm timeframe on a Saturday. For this being a corporate establishment, very disappointing and makes me with the was a QDOBA near us for a quick meal. This is far from a respectable meal with dirty tables and littered bathroom floors. STEP IT UP CHIPOTLE, VERY UNACCEPTABLE

By the way, this location has been slipping also from previous visit, just finally decided to throw a review up.
