Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is so dirty, I'm surprised it hasn't been shut down by the health department. I've tried to report them to corporate several times. The counters are dirty, the aprons on the workers, everything is so dirty. Please someone from corporate come in and turn this place around!

This is the worst location I've ever been to. The people aren't trained, they have horrible attitudes. I've tried 3 different times and I end up walking out every time. This will be the last time I go here. The food is never fresh and always sitting out for too long. There is always only two people working in the front, and the other 4-5 are in the back talking and on there phones when there is a line of people. The absolute worst Chipotle ever. Would leave zero stars if I could.

They skimp on the protein portions for online orders.

Got a burrito bowl and when I opened it it had a leaf in it. Not sure I paid extra for it but not sure it should have been included. Come on !!!

The food was okay, and I ordered the burrito ? steak. Please train your employees how to wrap a burrito, and please keep your area clean

This location is filthy and I’m being nice by saying that. This would be the second time I have walked out and went to a different location. I was in disbelief not only of the lettuce cheese dried up meat and beans on the food line but the cross contamination of blacks beans in pinto and vice versa. Chicken in the steak I could go on. Every single and I mean every single table was smeared with food or food on it. It was disgusting. If that is the level of cleanliness you present I can only imagine what is going on in the back when preparing the food. By the way the back floor was littered with food as well. I give grace maybe an off day but I visited this location over six months ago and walked out because of the same issue. I wanted to try the brisket so I went down the street to the Naperville location which was clean and polite. I don’t believe “What?!?” is what you say when you need a customer to repeat themselves. Which I witness him do to the customer in front of me before I walked out. By the way supervisor came up told them to call out what was low and never once told them to clean the station. Terrible. I only went for brisket. I will continue to go to Dos Bros in Naperville. Always clean fresh and their pinto beans are amazing.

Plainfield location is awful. Every single time they mess up the order. They run out of food all the time. Horrible horrible service. Do not go to this location. Find another one.

I wonder why they are not improving with all the bad reviews. I was very surprised by their dirty kitchen and floors and even the workers didn't look neat and clean. So I looked at Google review and it looks like this place is known for its dirtyness. I wish there is another Chipotle around here. Not just any chipotle but clean one.

Did an online order. They didn't have a lot of stuff. That's fine. What wasn't fine was all seven workers collectively avoiding eye contact with me as I waited to ask why something was missing from my order. Not maliciously, because I did an online order and wouldn't know they ran out of chips. And all they say is that. I gotta ask if a refund would be given for them to let me know I gotta call for online orders. Which would be fine, if I literally didn't have to pull it out of them. Plus, they gave the wrong customer support number. Order was wrong too. Ordered brown rice on one bowl, got white. Ordered fajita veggies on both, got none on either bowl.
I'd complain about how little they added to my bowl too, but I did an online order and that's on me. Whatever.

Only accepting online orders is insane.

This Chipotle has been in the decline for about a year. Store is always dirty, tables sticky and garbage overflowing. Today though, the food was extra terrible. Chips were overcooked with no seasoning. The veggies were barely cut up and this place isn't cheap to be this bad. Either this store needs new mgmt or new training. Or BOTH. Do better. We love The one in Nape. This one was subpar for sure.

Went in to pick up lunch, but their payment system was down, so they gave me and multiple customers their meals for free. Thank you!
