This location is always dirty and all the food gets slopped together. Theres nobody expediting food during rush hour theres like one poor kid working looking like hes ready to quit his job. Frankly, i don’t blame him. There is a red robin across the street just go there.

This chipotle is absolutely disgusting. They have food all over the assembly table. It’s extremely unsanitary to the point I walked out and did not order. I could only take one picture, but trust it is filthy. I really hope the manager sees this and clean up before serving people!

This is the worst Chipotle place. Starting from the Manager the entire staff must be sacked and replaced with better , courteous staff. And mind you i have been eating out at chipotle for over 2 decades at various Chipotles in Illinois and across the country, but never EVER had an issue. How dare they?!

Used to be a great Chipotle but the past few orders from this location have been terrible. I ordered double meat...didn't even look like it. The contents of the bowl are just up to the rim of the bowl. The food/prep area has been very dirty and looks terrible. If we go to a Chipotle (which we do less and less now) we will go to the Naperville location.

I placed an order ahead on Uber Eats. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived exactly when it said it would be ready and had to wait another 15 minutes as they hadn’t even started my order. There were only 2 other groups of customers (one of 3 and one of 2) in the store and 3 employees.My burrito was missing the beans, cheese, and guac. And fajita veggies were added (but not ordered). The burrito bowl had chicken instead of the steak that was ordered and was also missing beans and cheese. Both meals were extremely spicy - like the rice was orange - and the rice was extremely undercooked.

Went in today to get 2 bowls they were made correct but the reason for the 1 star review is that the guy serving the meat into the bowl DID NOT seem to notice that there was a plastic LID inside the carnitas while scooping it into my BOWL. Then I also noticed that the counters were filthy and dirty. Step it up chipotle. Surprised I didn’t get sick after eating this today. Also the chips were so stale. Won’t come here ever again until you guys make this place clean again. I also think $30 is so high for a bowl.
