Came to Culver's in Plainfield for our kids fundraiser. It was packed inside and drive thru was around the corner but service was great and food arrived to our table within 10-15min. Always enjoy our visits here

I bought a value meal of grilled chicken. I am here to tell that was the worse grill chicken ever, I couldn’t even eat it. I was expecting grilled chicken, this was more like pressed grilled chicken and the taste of it was horrible. How difficult would it be to have a real peace of chicken, I could buy a whole chicken for what I paid for this sandwich which went in the garbage!
I will never eat there again and I will advise family and friends.

I absolutely love Calder’s, especially for their sandwiches — my favorites are with mushrooms and cheese. They’re always hot, fresh, and available anytime.
The location is very convenient with easy parking, which makes it great both for grabbing food to go while in the car and for stopping to eat on the spot.
The service is always pleasant, and you can really see that the staff put effort into what they do. For a bistro-style place, the food is surprisingly tasty and satisfying.
I like Culvers. I don't remember any bad experiences here ever. Had fantastic service. I was greeted as I walked through the door. The bathroom was clean and so was the dining area. Keep up the good work.

Waited 22 minutes for 3 burger baskets. We were third in line. We sat for 17 minutes with nobody in front of us. The bottom of the bun was cold to the touch. The burger was barely warm. The ice in the drinks was almost melted.

This place is an absolute joke…they have the same soup every single day! Every other Culver’s on the known planet has more than chili & chicken noodle every single day…I can no longer eat here because they refuse to have any kind of verity…

27 minutes for a burger and a concrete. Trainee at the register was the best part of my visit. She was kind, apologetic and thoughtful. Medium concrete had 5 maybe 6 bites of mix in - if I wanted a cup of custard I would have ordered one.
Then we have my double bacon. Ordered without lettuce and tomato and onion. Check out the pic. Single not double with you guessed it lettuce tomato and onion.
There is no excuse for such crappy service and food.

Ordered a Strawberry Fields salad and there weren’t any strawberries in it!
I spent $81 for 3 burgers some fries and 3 concrete mixers! And 8 tenders. They forgot a burger! I called to either come get the burger when they open. The manager on duty said I had to give her my personal address for them to send a coupon! But I am hoping the owner Eric McCroskey can rectify the issue! So judgement until I hear from the business owner who should understand someone not wanting to share their address to kids!

Waited about 10 minutes and they forgot my curds and fries, but gave me ketchup packets that I said no to when they asked. SMH.
Always good
