Bria the GM wants to give me a nasty attitude via phone call because i am explaining to her that i still haven’t been refunded my MONEY i paid for her messing up “me and another customer order” where we was charged for each other orders INSTEAD of our own orders. I’ve been waiting since November 8th for a refund of $22.75! So unprofessional. Not to mention that my order total was ONLY supposed to be $8.76! but however i was charged for someone else’s order ($22.75). So now i have to hear her yelling in my ear and over talking me about the whole situation on “What she have done already” “It shows both orders was refunded” “And both orders was Voided” “We both got free pizza”
Like HOW THE HELL IS MY PIZZA “FREE” when my card transaction history STILL says $22.75!
NOT TO MENTION THE VOID RECEIPT “BRIA” PRINTED SHOWS SOMEONE ELSE LAST 4 DIGITS AND NOT MINES!
Then got the nerves to hang up in my face!

Where Dreams of Garlic Butter Go to Die (And Cheese Gets Unevenly Distributed)
Ordered a medium pizza, supposedly extra cheese, but it didn't look it and cut as if the cook wasn’t even paying attention to it.
The main issue? I asked for a bit extra garlic butter on the crust, which the staff refused, claiming their location doesn't offer it. After 10 years ordering from Domino's, this is a first—a complete rejection of the standard crust finishing. The pasta was okay, but with a bit if zest.
Due to the missing cheese, dry crust, and the baffling refusal of an extra splash of garlic butter, I won't be returning.

The food was great. The issue I had was with the driver. my delivery instructions always say drop off a door. I don’t have a problem with my food being left outside for a few minutes. Tonight the driver dropped it off, but then he did not leave for a good 10 minutes. It’s dark outside and I’m by myself. I don’t feel comfortable opening my door when I know that a stranger that can just walk in so I did wait for him to leave. He was just sitting in his car, which I found a bit weird. This has never happened before, the other drivers always drop off my food and leave right away.

Skated over to Domino’s and grabbed a jalapeño-pineapple and a green pepper & onion pizza — total flavor explosion! Kevin hooked it up fast and with major good vibes. Pizza was fresh, cheesy, and straight-up ninja fuel. Would 100% roll back for more. Cowabunga, Kevin! 🍕🛹🐢

All they do here is get high and take 30 minutes to make a medium pizza im literally across the street and its not even busy why did it take yall 15 mins to prep my order and then when i open it cheese not even melted just slop in a box do better how hard is it do food service. So I have not ordered Domino's in YEARS but I decided to order tonight. Online ordering was easy enough. Food tasted good and was hot. Best part of it was I ordered at 7:30 on a Saturday night and I thought it may take awhile to get my delivery... Nope,.came within 30 minutes like the app said! Also, if management reads this the delivery driver, Joseph, was awesome! Greeted me and even mentioned the weather tonight lol. GREAT DRIVER!!! Will order again!

On this snowy night , I just had to thank Dominos for employing such GREAT DELIVERY DRIVERS ! KRISTINA delivered our pizza to us and while it’s so cold and covered in snow .. I came to the door and KRISTINA was waiting with a smile ! I can see she was cold yet she was smiling and so polite while she greeted me and then say “ you enjoy “ .
Thank you Kristina for serving our community day in and day out delivering in all types of weather and ALWAYS WITH A SMILE ! You deserve to be rewarded for your compassion towards us ( the customers) and your dedication to our community !
