Drastically declined, food is not made as advertised. Lazy preparation on food and drinks, the girls attitudes are not the best, they do not scan rewards as they should. Mistakes are made often on drinks. Been coming to the same location for a year and finally just decided it's ridiculous will be going to the other locations near by.

I ordered a sourdough with maple bacon and American cheese and the egg was completely cold in the middle and I got 2 pieces of bacon on a sandwich which should have 6, my other sandwich wasn’t toasted and yet again everything was cold. This restaurant wasn’t good when it opened and I decided to give it another chance and I was disappointed once again. Why have stickers when no one follows simple directions. I will not be ordering from here again and hope I don’t get sick from eating cold egg and bacon.

There are two women that work here and have the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. Very rude and aggressive with customers. One is a white lady with black hair and the other is an Indian lady. I understand having a bad day, but everytime I come to this store and they are working they are like this. Disgusting and ruined my day.

Poor customer service. I ordered an iced coffee, a refresher, and 2 banana breads. They were out of the banana bread, but refused to give me a refund. Other Dunkin locations have been out of items and still given me a refund, even when I ordered through the app. Starbucks removes items from the app when their inventory runs out. I've had issues with this location before. Probably will not return. The Dunkin on 955 Brook Forest Ave. has much better customer service & seems better at making the coffee well more consistently.
