Poor customer service. I ordered an iced coffee, a refresher, and 2 banana breads. They were out of the banana bread, but refused to give me a refund. Other Dunkin locations have been out of items and still given me a refund, even when I ordered through the app. Starbucks removes items from the app when their inventory runs out. I've had issues with this location before. Probably will not return. The Dunkin on 955 Brook Forest Ave. has much better customer service & seems better at making the coffee well more consistently.

I've been in this Dunkin several times since moving in the neighborhood. At the very least 20 times and out of the 20 times buying coffee ☕️ here my joe has tasted like water ?. I've displayed my dislike with management and yet it continues to happen. Same with this morning so this will definitely be my last time purchasing anything from this location. The Joe is always disgusting.

I’ve always had problems at this Dunkin but this is a new one. I usually avoid this location because orders are wrong more often than not but customers shouldn’t have to dump out almost half of their coffee because there’s so many grounds in the cup.

I felt like I was robbed by Dunkin this morning. I drink coffee everyday. I noticed the empty cup bottom a while ago and thought "wow, that's unnecessary deception". This mornings coffee was missing a few ounces. Paid $3.77 for extra large but actually received a medium. I wonder how much coffee you get in a small, a sip? They did me so wrong, I had to write a review. Hopefully they will choose to do better.

I never ever write reviews but I am absolutely dumbfounded that this place is as bad as it is I have never experienced such bad service.it started Last year when they had the 2$ pumpkin spiced lattes promotion the worker would not give me the discount multiple times and would charge me 6$ because I asked to not have whipped cream on it?? He said “well then it’s not a signature pumpkin spice so you pay full price”lol yet on the app you can order it without whipped cream and get it for 2$ so I’d be forced to get the whipped cream and scrape it off in the car to get it for the 2$.I have DoorDashed this location and it’s always the worst, I cannot count how many times they have given me a chocolate chip muffin instead of blueberry..chocolate chip isn’t even an option on door dash! And I’d be fine with any of them-other than chocolate chip lol It’s almost comical how many times it has happened the last time I drove the door dash order back myself and the other incorrect item I had gotten and nicely told them, this is a very frequent problem but I have kids and don’t want to get in the car to return my items. The lady was rude and asked what muffin I wanted and I said I ordered the coffee one..I was driving away and looked in the bag and she gave me the wrong one!! How is that possible. The one time the guy at the window dug his fingers into his nose and proceeded to dig into the straws and handed me my straw..I’m a germaphobe but I didn’t say anything because I really don’t like to be THAT customer.I just got a coffee from there this morning and opened it and it’s cold and about 60% full…I’m honestly wondering if they gave me one of the workers drinks or something..?This location is literally 2 min from my house and I guess that’s why I have been dumb enough to keep going there but I am done. Right when I think “they can’t possibly get it wrong AGAIN I’ll go there its close” I am wrong lol

This location is a mess! It’s only after MULTIPLE incidents that I write this review (rude staff - two of the women, slow service, inconsistent taste, constant wrong orders), but the last straw was the lack of cleanliness I witnessed! The donut case had bees and flies just having their way over the donuts. The girl was reaching around the insects as if this were a normal event. I was so disgusted! Just go to the locations on Caton Farm or in the Walmart!
Coffee is always on point but the food can be ridiculous. Take a look at my avocado toast that was 5$ like WTH ?♂️

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. We went about 30 minutes before closing and pulled up the the driver through where the worker said “hello will you be using your rewards today?” Where we replied “yes, one moment please.” When I went to finally order about 15 seconds later she was gone from the window. We waited, beeped, said hello for about 5 minutes at the speaker with no response. We then went to the window and for another few minutes got no response. When we were driving away we saw the girl sitting outside on the bench staring us down as we drove off. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want horrible service.
